Roof is leaking, windows are leaking, damp coming through the doors as they are not sealed properly My flooring is now bowing from the leak, my blinds are damaged and , no answer from a rated. Been leaking for months now.

Avoid if possible. Initially a great job but awful after care. We have had an internal garage door fitted which is not suitable to fire spec, was meant to be changed, 2 years on still waiting. We also had a front door which has dropped twice. Numerous calls to center, just hang up on us, say they will phone back but nothing. We have emailed threatening legal Action and still nothing! Did not want to go down this route but no other options. Please avoid, as you won't get your guarantee. Just look at the last few reviews....all bad. More...

Fine until you need them to fix something. It'd all good when it's first done but been trying to get them to sort the doors that have dropped again and you can't get them to come out. Called over a month ago and was told I was added to the support list still nothing. Email their support address and do not get a reply end up with a very expensive conservatory with triple glazed units and I can see daylight through the doors. Try call them and the numbers are always engaged I am now having to pay someone to come out and sort them for me. I'm worried what would happen if something really big went wrong if I can get them out to adjust some doors. More...

Had all new windows and doors including a set of French doors in Feb 2021. Long story short is doors and windows are basic and aftersales support is only available after months of chasing. For anyone who wants more details, grab a cuppa and read the below - You need to be onsite watching the workmen installing the windows as they will do the quickest install possible not doing the doors tight to close the seals so there will be drafts. They also took a chunk of plaster off the wall and I offered to use my own filler but the installer insisted on using his... turns out he used epoxy resin that shrunk and is yet to go solid... I had this done in 2021. I have had numerous re-visits after me chasing continuously on a weekly basis as the French doors, and Front door are catching and are now marked from all of the scuffs from catching. I have now been waiting since mid Feb for them to come and sort this out again and still no one is doing anything... I have to chase yet again. I have spoken to Anthony the owner previously but am now being told he owns multiple companies and does not have time to call me back. I then had a call and a visit from the '2nd in command' Martin back on the 4th March where he asked me if I had paid half price for these given the state of the installs. Unfortunately this is where it still goes wrong as even with the '2nd in command' on board.. I am yet to have the work rectified. I have chased 3 times since and had another visit last week by someone who said that Martin had not ordered the replacement hinge that was broken or the replacement door handle and he also could not adjust the front door any further so also left it still catching. I was told last week that someone would be out on Monday 27th March but here I am... Tuesday 28th and I have had no contact from anyone. More...

Paid our deposit for a composite front door over 7 weeks ago, heard nothing off them since, phoned all 3 contact numbers numerous times with no answer , also left messages for them to contact us and still nothing. Very disappointed 😡

Great service over a 2 week period. We had a conservatory conversion done to have a slate roof. Even in the downpours of rain the guys did not falter. Thank you ARated home Improvements I’m super pleased with the solid roof on an existing conservatory and new front door., . Thank you everyone concerned was really helpful and explained everything to me as I was so nervous I’d lose light into my lounge but Umberto assured me it would be fine and it was .I did have a complaint about two weeks later lock on front door wasn’t working properly but within a couple of hours later an engineer turned up and sorted it nice to say we all complain like I did but so pleased I can say the after care service was second to none. A-Rated did an excellent job of our conservatory extension in Pontyclun, with which we are really satisfied. Great team and skills and top quality product and finish – the groundwork especially was a tour de force! They helped us choose the right options, get best value for money and to solve all the problems that came up on our 1930s former council property. I had new windows/door and a tiled roof installed to my conservatory last October by A rated Home improvements and the delay in leaving a review was because I wanted to ensure there were no issues around leakage etc at a later date. I must say the works completed were to a very good standard, given the fact that I am not an easy person to please. Joe was very helpful in the initial stages of discussion and throughout the process even though his role was limited to providing a quote. The works were completed on time, with a minor delay in organising a replacement for one of the window panes which broke during installation, but this a hazard when working with glass and no one's fault. I was very impressed with the entire work force who were extremely hard working and always left the site tidy. I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased with the quality of work which has made a huge difference to the temperature of the conservatory in the winter months and I have been able to use it in the hot weather too, which previously was not possible. We searched for types of Conservatory replacement roofs, decided on SupaLite, then looked for suppliers in South Wales. The consultation with A-Rated was very good; not over selling and keeping to the technical aspects and performance of the product. Joe was very enthusiastic without being a pushy, ready with information and confirmed everything on email. Very happy with the finish, and feel that we had value for money. These guys were AMAZING replacing our roof ! highly recommended to anyone. Best decision we have ever made changing the roof from glass to the Supalite system! it looks incredible and the house is so much better, more comfortable and temperature is so much better ! used to be freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer!! now it keeps it at a normal temperature and we just adore the room as well now. Oh and not forgetting the leaks we had through various parts of the glass roof, which made it unusable. A massive thanks to A Rated Home Improvements for converting our conservatory into an extension. After countless leaks, more buckets in the conservatory than the shed 😂, and putting towels down ever time it rained, it was finally time to say goodbye.
