What do you love most about your job?
Often it's a lonely journey, running your own business, no one teaches you the essential skills needed to be a great entrepreneur, so we enter this jungle with nothing more than a butter knife to cut our path to our goals, so we spend years working too hard, unable to see the wood for the trees, yet just 3 feet away, someone else has cut a path through that jungle and if we just chose to follow them, we would get to our destination far quicker and easier. I love that I get to be the person to guide you down that path.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a business owner myself, I achieved great financial success without any outside help but I found myself working too hard, not spending enough time with my family and even when I did, I wasn't fully present because I was looking at email or worse, answering calls. Then I hired a coach who helped me create a very profitable business that worked without me, allowing me to choose what I did, how much, when and with whom. Having achieved this level of freedom, I felt an unshakeable urge to give back and help other business owners do the same.
