Working with ranjit is great, she makes you feel comfortable when doing workouts and pushes you to do your personal best. She is very supportive and is empathetic when you are struggling . Working out with the 722 training house has been excellent. I highly recommend. Ranjit has alot of experience and knowledge helped me keep fit while suffering a slip disc. I can now do things again through this training I have had. I will difnantly be sticking to the training house. More...

Ranjit is methodical and a caring instructor. I came to her with knee problems, an old running injury. She retrained me with patience so I could continue working out with greater knowledge and awareness of my knee. What I have learned has been invaluable. She made me aware of how actions I was performing outside of the gym affected my knee. She explains anatomy in ways easy to digest which enabled me to apply what I learnt to other areas of my fitness routine. She really cares, goes above and beyond and I felt confident and held throughout the rehabilitation process. More...
