I eat at various Jimmy John’s about once a week and have always received excellent service by friendly employees. My first bad experience happened at this location. The person taking my order cut me off and 2 minutes later she came back on the speaker and I started my order again. She read it back to me and it was incorrect so I repeated my sandwich order. At the window she didn’t even look at me. The only words spoken were the dollar amount I owed. Not even a thank you. Found a nice spot nearby to eat my lunch in my car and opened it up to find it contained mayo when I asked for no mayo, she repeated the no mayo order and the receipt showed NO MAYO. I walked back into the restaurant and the manager happened to be at the counter and I showed him the issue. He said “I doubt it” when I said my sandwich was made wrong and opened it up and said “I don’t see any mayo” so I told him to look under the tomatoes. They made me a new sandwich. I’ve never been to a restaurant where the manager scrutinized the customer’s complaint in this manner. I filled out a customer service survey a week ago but have heard nothing. I’m very disappointed with this place and would recommend you get your Jimmy John’s fix at any of their other locations. More...

Always great customer service and fast service through the drive thru. My only complaint is that one time I was walking into the store and one of the employees that deliver almost hit me with their car because they were being impatient as I was walking across the parking lot, mind you that I was 9 months pregnant at the time. And they now I was there because they stopped and then almost clipped me as I was stepping into the sidewalk area... Completely rude and uncalled for. More...

Manager was making my food and started helping cashier with gloves on. When she was finished she was going to continue making my food. I asked her to wash her hands. She took give off and said was not washing both her hands she would use the other hand I said No you are going to wash your hands if you are fixing my food she refused. I asked to speak to manager she said she was the manager. I said I have never been in a resturant where people fixing food don't want to wash their hands I said I won't be buying anything from here.
