Describe your creative process.
Our creative process starts with you, we like to find out about your ideas and concepts you have in mind so we can come up with our own concept to fit your company as well.
We will start off by asking a number of questions that will give us a good understanding of what we can design for you and create something that fits and compliments your business or what visions you have. We will go the extra mile to bring these ideas to life.
We will start with a concept and we will keep you informed to get feedback on our progress.
Then we will will bring the concept and ideas together and work it up through to completion.
These will go through a number of changes till the final proposal and our client is satisfied with our designs.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We need to know what our client needs, a brief concerning the project in detail, any ideas the client may have, any particular colours which the client likes or dislikes and the type, look and feel you require for the particular project. Contact numbers and best ways the client wishes to discuss the project with you i.e. face to face meetings or whether the client is happy to discuss their needs with you on the phone, via email. This is important to ensure you get a good working relationship with your client and they are happy with the end result. I prefer to meet the client face to face or over the phone as I feel that it is easier to bounce ideas off each other and there is less chance of confusion. We will ask for a deposit before work commences.
What do you love most about your job?
Being a graphic designer allows me to be creative with my ideas and bring them to life. I enjoy creating outstanding designs which gives us great satisfaction and working in this industry we meet lots of different clients from all walks of life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to create a company where I am in control of our company image and direction, the type of jobs that I take on and the designs created. My personal experience of working in larger firms is that you find the time management and the process of that impacts on the creative process and does not allow the time required at times to design to the best of your ability. Working for my self allows me to manage the job at a rate I am comfortable with, allowing me to go the extra mile for my clients so I am proud of the outcome. This matters to me a great deal to me when clients are happy with the work and designs I produce for them they are more likely to recommend me to other potential clients.

Because we listen to them understand them and create for them designs that will suit their pockets and company and we believe we are only as good as our next job.
We feel that us being happy and proud of our work is just as important as you feeling that way
