What do you love most about your job?

Becoming a Company Director of my own business has been a life time dream of mine.

I don't believe there is a part of my job that I don't love. The ups and downs are part of the fun when it comes to running a business but of course I enjoy the ups more.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The company was started in 1986 by my parents. As I grew up I was always involved in the business in some way or another, from helping cover jobs, delivering consumables to customer sites, interacting with staff and occasionally meeting with site management.
A simple job became my passion and since 2010 I have been lucky enough to call this business my own.

My business means everything to me and this is why I chose my surname as the companies name. I don't hide behind a different company name and my pride and passion for my business shows at all of my customers sites.

I have almost 20 years experience in the cleaning industry and this is why my main role in the business is to manage all of the contracted sites.
My skills and experience enable me to ensure all work is being completed to a high level of standards at all times. With regular site visits I am able to maintain a healthy working relationship with management and respond quickly and efficiently to any customer feedback.
