I just simply wanted to run my own business and the biggest growing market was CCTV. So naturally and with my background in communications it seemed the natural thing to do.
We are above all dedicated to our task. We have invested more time and energy into our offering and client pack than anything else. So before anything we want to be able to provide an excellent service and excellent products that meets the demands that we set and the client expects.
We only provode remote support online. So if any of our clients have any faults then it canm be reported via our webiste and we can sprt it out remotely onmost occasions without having to come to site. So its much quicker and more convenient. Unfortunately we dont run an online shop as we supply and fit so are not a reseller.
We have made many changes to our business to keep both our clients and staff safe. Firstly we have adoped the check in system with NHS Wales so you can check in with us just like you do when you go to a venue. That helps to keep you updated. All our staff wear PPE, which includes 3 layer facemasks, company branded workwear which is washed daily, gloves, overshoes, our own hand sanitiser and we dont accept any refreshments off customers. We also maintain social distancing when on your premises. As another layer we only bring our own equipment to a job and never use yours and we dont share equipment either. We spend very little time in your property and do most of the work before we come to site. So all of the hardware is configured ready, meaning we dont have to stay on your site for longer than necessary. We also now provide the training by video call rather than 1 to 1. And final we have decided to restrict the number of installs that we do to ensure that 48 hours is left between each one of our engineers installs. This has been the hardest decision to make from a business perspective, but keeping everyone safe is the priority.
