How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
I have a 'whole person' approach to what I do. Your mind, body, health, emotions, feelings, environment (work, stress, children etc), culture, social aspects of your life and so on are all linked together. If you eat right amounts of foods that nourish you, you support (and help fix) your health, fitness, wellbeing, but also all other aspects of your life.
Healthy diet, but also healthy lifestyle in general can transform you incredibly.
It will still be you, but so much better; a 2.0 version of you!
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
My coaching is different to any ‘diet’ as it provides a maintainable structure which we often miss. Step-by-step it teaches you healthy behaviours and lets you practice them, so that they become your habits. It gradually helps you build up a new, healthy lifestyle, which results in your whole person’s transformation. Over time, not only will you hit your body goals such as losing weight, toning up, becoming stronger, or gaining lean muscle, but you will also have more energy, clarity, you will be happier and feel like a whole new person.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Taking consistent actions in the right direction every day and adjusting them if needed. Small habits lead to big results.
What do you love most about your job?
There are many things about my job that I love. Just some main things that come to mind:
I love helping people, working close with them, supporting them in their journey of achieving LASTING RESULTS.
I love to see the changes happen and clients progressing towards the results they want.
I love to see people happy.
I love nutrition and fitness and am very passionate about what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own life experience and ability to help others inspired me to start my own business.
