Absolutely disgusting service from this company, I was given a quotation and start date of July 12th.
Continually rang to speak to the manager (Chris) he always promised to return my calls but continually failed to do so.
I have now to procure another builder to carry out the work.
The communication from this company is not fit for purpose and I would advise anyone seeking to use SCS Maintenance Hub to look elsewhere if you want a professional service.

Hi Joanna, As we discussed in detail with your father, the employee who surveyed and quoted the work had no authority to give you a start date, and has since been terminated with immediate effect. We did try and accommodate you as best as we possibly could following this, but considering how busy we were at the time due to the circumstances it is obvious that we just couldn't move and make arrangements fast enough for you. I needed some double glazing units replaced. I had already bought the glass units and wanted them fitted quickly. I contacted SCS Wales and they were able to fit them the next day. The fitter arrived on time, he completed the fitting within 2 hours and even took the old units away. I would recommend SCS Wales to anyone. More...

Our business is based on a very strong and moral code - to provide quality service at fair prices. We guarantee the first call out from £15 for the first hour which includes labour. This ensures we can support those small quick jobs that need our assistance. Very important for the older demographic in which we aim to both please and support.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanted to give something back to the Welsh Community - a quality service and a fair price.
