I booked Richard for our wedding day so I can watch all the parts of our day that I may not of remembered!! I think I can say I have made a friend with Richard nothing has ever been too much trouble! ! I got sent my best bits video and I can honestly say it makes me cry everytime I watch it!! We booked Richard to be the videographer at our recent wedding, we chose Richard as he was so easy to work with, very laid back and has wicked sense of humour. From start to finish Richard was the ultimate professional, a true gentleman, he arrived at the venue early and got straight to work, covering the bride and groom’s preparation, venue, guests arriving, all the wedding formalities and right through to the disco in the evening.Richard has a very candid style, it’s not always obvious that he’s there, and when he is you simply don’t know if his filming or not, and sometimes when he’s not there he’s probably still filming you from somewhere out of your line of sight, he sort of mingles and blends in so well.Throughout the day Richard was brilliant in every way, he was always in the right places at the right times to get the best footage, all of our guests felt comfortable with him and everyone commented on what a nice guy he is and how good he is.We are so happy that we chose Richard, our wedding went so well with him as part of the team, he went above and beyond.Richard delivers his service at the very highest level and we would recommend him to anyone wishing to book a top-class videographer. Even though we didn't meet Richard prior to our wedding, he put us completely at ease and fitted in so well with our friends and family that it was like he was another guest! It was lovely to have someone who was really accomodating and especially helpful with requests we had after we had received our video. We heard about Rich through our photographer, then looked at his work and feel in love with it we just needed to see how we would get along with him. We met him and knew straight away that he was the one that we wanted to be apart of our special day. He is easy to to talk to and put us at ease, he was very discreet when communicating (as I had surprises for the groom). On the day he was great we had a lot of comments from the guests that they got along with him and he put them at ease. He just knew when to approach people and to stay in the background. I first met Rich at a wedding fayre at the venue that my Husband & I were going to renew our Wedding Vows for our 28th Wedding Anniversary being held on 10th July 2016 at Hawkesyard Estate,Rugeley. I had a good feeling straight away that we would get on....I was not disappointed. Rich actuality sensed what a layed back day we were having & interacted bringing out the best from us & our guest.
