Hello, I am Ian Black, Counsellor and Therapeutic life-coach providing affordable counselling Bury St Edmunds (Mondays to Fridays). In addition to Diplomas in Therapeutic Counselling and Fusion Therapeutic Coaching, I am a Relate Licensed Relationship and Couples Therapist. I also offer Mindfulness sessions for individuals, couples and groups, as well as including Mindfulness in my general therapeutic and coaching practice.
