I am a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with a Studio in Tillington West Sussex but I also travel to people homes.
I teach TRX suspension Training High Intensity Training, Buggy Bootcamps and Pilates.
I love working with people with all types of goals and seeing them achieve them using my bespoke training programmes.

I’ve been going to Rah Fitness every week for over 4 years. As someone who finds it so hard to exercise, it’s been really great to look forward to the camaraderie and gentle persuasion to ‘keep going’! - and then feel so much better for it! Their refreshing and innovative attitude to fitness for all levels and abilities makes this the best and most inspiring exercise studio in West Sussex and SW Surrey. And their coffee is by far the best in a 10-mike radius! The classes are small, PT is also available, and you immediately feel welcome and at ease. Some gyms can be really daunting when you first join but Rah is a lovely welcoming studio where it feels like you’re working out with your friends. It's so refreshing to find a fitness studio where you can pay as you go with no contracts or unecessary sign up fees! I attended my first session with Sarah last week and she was really welcoming and friendly and I came out of it feeling like I'd had a brilliant work out and a good chat. By creating a plan tailored to them and their goals, offering nutritional advice along with constant support to ensure they stay on track and stick to their plan.

Meeting all sorts of people and creating change in them. Its the bit where I get the messages saying that they got compliments on their figure or that they can now do something they could do before of haven't been able to do in years.

After seeing the changes in myself and my mental health after I started training I felt I really wanted to help others.
