We had the best experience building our home with Mr. Build. Ami is the absolute best! Ami truly wants his clients to be happy. Ami checked in with us every step of the way to confirm he was meeting our expectations. The work that Ami and his team produced was excellent. Ami was so responsive and made him self available on site or over the phone whenever we needed to discuss the project. Ami worked to his timeline and if there was any changes to the timing he would be upfront and honest. There were no surprises in terms of timing or finances. Ami is honest, trustworthy, hardworking and very reliable. Ami's crew is the same. The crew left the site organized and clean for the next day. Love Tile City. The showroom is huge, even intimidating at first. The selection is fantastic and no matter what you're looking for, they have several options of it. We did our fireplace, kitchen backsplash, bathroom floor, shower wall, master bath floor, master shower floor, master shower wall, and master shower soap box. EIGHT different tiles. Tile City was amazing in their help. Heidi and Debbie were great at assisting us in the Showroom. Both we eager to help and they gave us options in the style/color we were looking for. Really helped out. Jon at the warehouse was great. We had to get more tile after our initial order and also return some tile as our contractor miscalculated some of the tile we needed. He was very helpful along the way and got us a refund on some of the extra tile. I would highly recommend Tile City to everyone. This is the second time we have hired Mr. Build and worked with Ami. They redid two master bathroom and both turned out great. Just like in the first renovation, their work is top quality. It's the peace of mind they give us which is why I will keep hiring them for our needs. They show up when they say they will. They keep us informed. They come back to finish the little things until we are completely satisfied. hey work through unforeseen issues and help problem solve - on that topic, we purchased a tub for one of the bathrooms and it required pipes positioned in a manner that couldn't work with the joists. Ami proposed a number of ideas with us to make sure we could come up with a great alternative solution. I have worked with many designers, both for my own home as well as for rental apartments but this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to post a review. Julia is just that GREAT! She really listens to what I want, makes brilliant suggestions when I'm unsure and is extremely professional, responsive, talented, caring (I always feel like she is just as invested as I am and goes out of her way to ensure I will love the final results), as well as honorable and fun.. I also love how I can give her a theme or show her a space and she will recommend options, which i would have never even thought to consider and yet the final results were incredible....far better than anything I could have envisioned. Jack Delaney is one of the most honest, hard working and creative contractors that I know. Jack did a project for me that demonstrated his skills, his ability to work on a schedule, his ability to involve me in decisions and also to give his ideas, as well. Jack's work is meticulous!!! He tells the customer what will be done each day and when the project will be finished and he truly stays with the schedule. He estimates the cost and allows payments to be made on a schedule. We were introduced to Matt through our builder while preparing to build a custom house to move my wife's mom and my dad in with us. Our builder showed us the perfect house but there were a few things we needed changed to better accommodate our parents who both have health problems. Matt not only worked the plans to adjust for this but went above and beyond in making the plans far better than we could have ever thought of. Chase provided me with the best customer service . He worked with me in regards to a coffee table i had to return. Chase is an asset to your company. He fixed my problem in less than 24 hours. Chase emailed me return shipping label and my portion to pay out of pocket although not free but Chase worked it out i will pay $30 not the original $110 i was told by another customer service rep.Chase is an asset to this company. This review is from personal experience Mr. Rob’ Doyle at Kube Kitchens designed and fitted our new kitchen including Quartz worktops and surfaces plus fitted units sink etc. , in Utility room.

Rob’ was provided with Architects floor plans unable to inspect due to Bldg works within a short period I received a folio with suggested drawings plus 3D images on huge A3 paper of what it would look like. Kube had a strict budget to include quartz worktops also for large Island, all appliances and fitting. The design was innovative according to friends and family definitely has the WOW factor. The utility was off the Kitchen/family room we wanted Rob’ to disguise it also its access result incredible. See photo of oven housing units section that incorporates Utility access. Kube were amazing nothing was too much trouble even liaised with my Architect inspected as necessary during works plus completed on time.

I did not know a Kitchen Company the drawings were supplied to 3 similar Companies given the same budget. The other two due to the address their quotes one was nearly double the other 50% more without appliances!!

I do not easily recommend but have no hesitation with Kube Kitchens. More...

The lady I spoke with was very professional and kind. She answered every dumb question I had with grace and kindness and went out of her way to get me a schematic drawing of the vent hood. I had to make a decision in a hurry as they were working on my roof and had to get a dimension for a pipe. She was awesome and held on the line until I spoke to the construction fellows then helped me get the hood ordered and gave me her personal number to call her back if I needed it. We had an excellent service from Lime Showrooms, and after having already used them to create a wonderful en-suite bathroom we didn’t hesitate to use them again for our kitchen extension.

Our kitchen designer Graeme was enthusiastic and engaged from the start, and involved in every stage of the process. He made a good relationship with us and worked with us creatively and patiently as we collaborated on the design, and thought with us about the many decisions to be made e.g. about the layout, storage, the type of cooker, hob and extractor, the taps, worktop, flooring and paint colours! Ivory was the CSR who assisted me with a fairly complicated order for dining room chairs. I needed to have a delayed delivery date, and 2 separate charges for the chairs. She facilitated the later delivery for the entire purchase and all the charges went through like butter!! I can't wait to see these chairs (American Upholstered Arm Chair and Tall Regency Dining Chair). In addition, I had found these chairs on-line but I was not familiar with the vendor. However, when I found them on Houzz, I didn't hesitate to buy them! But the best thing was, it was clear Ivory was experienced with her work.
