What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help people with solutions that they didn't think were possible. Helping people with what is often their biggest asset.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always had a love of property and have invested myself. However the more I learn, the more tools, tricks and techniques that were picked up, the more I wanted to help others get as much out of their properties as possible. Helping everyone build their nest egg.
Why should our clients choose you?
Choose Nest Egg if you are thinking of selling or renting a property. Come to us first before a traditional estate or letting agent. If we can't help you, we have some trusted partners that can. However we can offer solutions to some situations that a traditional agent just isn't able to.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We can do a lot remotely these days, especially with the paperwork side of things. However, inevitably viewings would need to be performed. This can be done virtually, but it is usually better in person. If any refurbishments are undertaken, then again we would have to have access to the property in question.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As mentioned before, we can now do a lot remotely. However if we do need to enter into a property we follow all the guidelines in terms of numbers of people, social distancing and PPE that are required.
Property Management
We are not your standard estate or letting agent, and have a very different business model not based on commission. However we offer full management of residential property. We offer traditional lettings, both single lets and shared accommodation. We can also manage short stay serviced accommodation . We will determine the best solution for you and the best way to utilise your property and make the most of it. Property Sales
We are not your typical estate agency and have a very different business model not based on fees. We are all about adding value and helping where a traditional estate agent can't. We will look at you situation and your property and show you what options you have. If the best solution is to sell via a traditional estate agent, then we will inform you of that and can pass you on to a trusted partner. We specialise in helping during the following circumstances: broken chains, negative equity, inherited properties, relocating or emigrating, selling of rental properties, properties in need of renovation. If you are looking to sell your home, come to us first before a traditional estate agent. We might just have the perfect solution for you.

Rent-to-Own
Our rent to own service is similar to the governments rent-to-buy except there is never any shared ownership. The idea is that this allows someone to get into a property for as little as 3% deposit. You then rent for an agreed period of time, whilst saving for a mortgage, but all whilst living in your future home.
