I had never done any kind of fitness training before starting twice weekly sessions with Martin. he has been amazing at setting obtainable goals and going at a pace that pushes me without making me feel its all too hard and wanting to give up!
in just few weeks, i've seen weight loss and my body is able to do things that would have been impossible week 1. I feel thinner, fitter, and perhaps most surprisingly , happier!
Over all that, Martin is a genuinely nice guy who makes training a joy not a chore.
I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By primarily of focusing on fitness fundamentals, injury prevention to develop agility, balance, coordination & speed, along with flexibility. By doing this you can progress onto a higher level of fitness training and adapt at a quicker rate. my style of personal training leaves you energised and invigorated rather than wren out and knackered.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Believe it or not. 'Confidence' in what you are doing and what you are aiming for. Put 100% into your training, eat well & trust the process.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people achieve their goals, from meeting someone out of shape with little confidence and helping them improve physically and mentally within a few weeks. I have also worked with elderly and disabled people, which I find challenging and enjoyable.
What inspired you to start your own business?
This is my passion, passing on my knowledge and wisdom that I have gained from my 30+ years as an athlete.
