We were recommended Intense Bathrooms by a friend of ours, as our bathroom had started to leak into our kitchen and was in a bad state.
Richie took the time to understand what we were looking for, our budget and help work out the details to make sure the finish was exactly what we wanted.
When the old bathroom was stripped out, there were bigger issues with damaged and rotting joists underneath. When Richie phoned to tell us about this issue, he already had a solution in place and had started working on it which took alot of the stress out of it and kept any extra costs to an absolute minimum.
The finished bathroom is brilliant and we are so happy with it. He has also made sure to check up afterwards that everything is working ok and that we are happy customers.
Would highly recommend.

Intense Bathroom Solutions done a total refit and overhaul of my parents bathroom, old wall and floor tiles removed. Bathroom suite removed. New walk in corner shower fitted, vanity sink unit and toilet fitted, full bathroom was also tiled. A very professional service throughout, work carried out in time stated and realistically priced.
