How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Naturally everything is possible but consider whether the garage is integral to the property or separate from the house. If it is separate from the main property you will need planning permission to change its use. If integral you will only need building regs which we an apply for on your behalf if requested. To do the job properly it is likely that you will have to remove the existing garage floor and re-install it with a damp proof membrane and a minimum of 100mm insulation.

We do not offer online services other than factime or teams during a project meeting of required.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We offer the supply of a portaloo if the client feels they do not want us in the house but most of our customer are comfortable with offering their washroom for our use whilst the project is underway. Being outside most of the time, we have not had to wear masks but endeavoured to keep a distance from each other if required.
