For anyone who doesn't like the 'showy" PTs Leanne is your girl!! I don't really like gym environments and I find standard work outs so boring that I lose motivation quickly. not with Leanne!! for the first time o got that "exercise buzz " people talk about. we focused on HIT training as I wanted weight loss results.....in 5 weeks I lost 9 lbs and 7 inches combined. the change in my body shape was noticible by me and others in the space of about 2 weeks. Don't tell her but I didn't even stick too good to the food nutrition Leanne is definitely not your avg muscle mania PT and adapts the plans to your stegnths and enjoyment. would recommend to everyone x More...

I've got complex medical issues including paraplegia, swelling, poor circulation and osteoporosis so I don't find it easy trusting people a lot of the time. Leanne was clearly extremely qualified and had a reassuring awareness of what could and could not be done which I have not found anywhere else. From the first massage session I saw noticeable improvement in swelling and circulation particularly, and have now been enlisting Leanne's help for some months. Goals are personal to each client so I ensure that the fitness programmes are too. Taking an holistic approach to the clients needs ensures that all their needs and wants are taken into account to support them to succeed.

Body image can have a negative impact on a person's life. Fighting Fit believes that a healthy body creates a wealthy life. Good food good exercise and a balanced life will leave you glowing

Being able to support people to reach their full potential and that moment when they achieve something they never thought possible, sharing them moments are priceless
What inspired you to start your own business?
Throughout my years of working within the mental health sector I repeatedly saw how again and again physical and mental health were entertwined and the impact this could have on an individual and their loved ones it inspired me to use my love of exercise to support people to find and maintain a happy healthy balance in their lives without the use of physiological and psychological altering chemicals and their side effects
