What impressed me most with Efex Academy Design was its professional attitude from our initial conversation to the final design output.
Each step of the way, Trevor always kept me in the loop in regards to the progress of the design of our logo and when we had any feedback he was always very prompt with coming back to us with the amendments done.
The whole process from start to end was seamless and I was thoroughly impressed with Trevor's work ethic. I will definitely be using Efex Academy again and I would definitely recommend them!

Working with Trevor at Efex Academy Design was an absolute joy!
I discussed with Trevor what I wanted for my logo, colour schemes and the overall look, and he sent me loads of fantastic sleek and professional designs to work from.
He then listened to any thoughts I had (although I must add, all the designs he sent me through were excellent) and edited the logo to my preferences.
He was professional, patient, knowledgeable and thorough.
The finished logo looks amazing and feels like it really sums up the ethos of my business. I’m so impressed with the service, I can’t recommend Trevor enough!

Describe your creative process.
When we receive your brief our team starts working up idea's that may work for you, once we are happy with three or four these will be presented to the client for feedback, generally one of the designs are selected either as a final design or to work-up taking in any feedback the clients has come back with.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We require a full brief of what you are looking for and any ideas you have on what you would like to see, this helps us focus on the clients needs.
What do you love most about your job?
The freedom to create and produce well designed practical solutions to meet our clients needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After being employed as a design manager and design director it seemed like the next natural step for me.

We are great at what we do, as a company we go all out to produce good design for our clients, we listen to them and presents real solutions that work.

We mainly work remotely via e-mail when working on design, because we have an in-house print facility any printed items will be delivered to our clients offices once completed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As pointed out in the question above we now mainly work remotely.
Logo Design
We meet with the client either in person or over the phone to receive the brief for the new logo establishing if the clients has any ideas on what the logo should look like, we then look at what will work best for the sector, looking at colours, font usage and style of the logo - after getting these details in place we go away and start the design process with some initial logo design options, once we have a favourite we work that up and present the final logo to the client.
