I needed to organise a very important event but was struggling with every aspect of it. I was considering quitting when I came across AnnEvent. Before I knew it I had an enthusiastic partner in crime in the form of Kate from AnnEvent, a venue and a crazy plan. Kate took my worries, doubled them and created two events on the same night. This was a ludicrous and insane plan. Two events on the same night. I previously could not organise one. It was a stroke of genius and expertly carried out to perfection. AnnEvent took ownership of all my issues and concerns, they managed everything including my clients so I could concentrate on my presentations. They made it look so easy when I know for a fact it wasn’t. The clients were happy, I was ecstatic and the night was more successful than I could have ever gave hoped for. AnnEvent is responsive and immediately came to support when we had an unplanned issues. She is very nice and hard working and we were very happy with the result of our event.

Kate booked both of my first performances/gigs (I’m a singer) by finding a venue perfectly suited to my needs and she went above and beyond in creating marketing material to encourage people to attend. Kate recently helped me organise a charity gig to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. From day 1, she was absolutely wonderful. She supported in finding a venue and liaising with the management to ensure a successful night.
This was my first attempt at organising any kind of event, and Kate provided support throughout. She provided significant amounts of guidance whilst acting as a source of constant calm as I became increasingly more stressed.
Kate covered everything from organisation to advertising and getting the event out there.
The event itself was great and a huge part of that was down to Kate; I couldn’t recommend her enough!
