Depending on what service we are offering can make the creative process slightly different, but we talk you through the process and keep communicating with you throughout.

All of our processes have one thing in comon; Simple, straight forward, creative and making sure the end result works for the purposes it was intended for.

We work closely with the client throughout the whole project, making sure they are happy, understand what we are doing and why we are doing it.
Our aim is for the client to always be informed, happy and comfortable with what we are doing and producing, this way we know the project will be more successful, well recieevd and that we can build and maintain strong client relationships.

This question really depends on the service we are offering. Some of the consistent information we would need however is goals/project requirements and details, timeframe for the job and contacts.

The diversity and challenges faced on a daily basis, not one job is the same which means we get to use our creative flair & knowledge on different levels to produce results that work for the intended purpose.
I personally love talking to clients, meeting different people, seeing how different companies work and undersatanding the passion people have for their own companies.
Working with a client, delivering an awesome result and knowing they are happy is what its all about it.

I had worked in the design, marketing & advertising industry for over 15 years before I started my own company. I decided that I wanted to take my passion for marketing & business and couple it with my passion in the outdoors and the environtment.
I saw awful waste throughout my career not just in materials and products but through the way the business was run, time wasted, peoples skills wasted and i technology not being used to the best of its ability, I wanted to work differently.
Altitude is my passion, i love what I do and i hope this transfers throughout my work. I hope to grow and be able to give other people opportunities and maintain a sustainable way of working.

We know we can offer a wide range of services which is backed up by examples of work, client reviews and over 15 years experience.
There are many design & marketing specialists out there so my advice would be to work with a company who fits with yours, someone you can talk to you, understands your requirements and who you feel comfortable with. We hope that we fit all of these but we also understand that we may not be right for everyone so start by talking to us, fire questions at us, vet us, stalk us anything you need to make you comfortable with your decision.
