Coach T and his team provide the best training for adults and kids at Basement fitness centre at zinc . My son loves his boxing classes Mondays and Wednesdays with coach T , he has learnt so much , and his fitness has increased so much . Coach T offers so much guidance and training , in the 8 weeks that my son has been training At Basement fitness my Son has improved both physically and with confidence. I can’t thank coach T and his team enough !! As for me I hadn’t done any fitness for years , I now do the Boxfit class on a Tuesday night ! My fitness is improving so much , and because it’s such a fun class it makes you want to come back week after week , despite it being the best physical workout ever !! I will now look into doing another class in the week now I am fit enough to do it ! It’s a great Gym for training and coach T and his team offer excellent training and advice ! I rapped one of the first songs I wrote in front of everybody when I came here 2 years ago and it gave me confidence to continue rapping so in a way this gave me a platform to not be afraid of performing in front of people and I've done it a few times now with talent shows I entered. Trust me I've improved since then!

Wow - All I can say it was fantastic, I went with my wife and 2 teenage this afternoon. This was in an old school now an arts studio . Plenty of parking. The food was to die for. Plenty sandwiches and cakes, bottomless amounts of tea. In nice clean setting. Staff were pleasent, and atentif. My advise is to book direct with them. Toilets and lift avaliable as you can go up stairs to eat in bit better surrounding. Avilabe was a pool table so my kids went and had a game. We could not eat all the cakes so we brought them home. Had a wonderful afternoon tea here. Sandwiches lovely. Home made cakes and scones out of this world. Couldn't finish it all in one sitting so had 'doggy bags' for remainder. My friends and I had afternoon tea, the assortment of sandwich fillings was great and there was plenty of filling. The bread was fresh and we were told they had gluten free bread most day. The cakes were delicious and were gluten free and had we not been told this we wouldn't have known. Zinc were more than happy for us to take home uneaten food, much to my son's delight. Tho cold drinks weren't part of the afternoon tea zinc were more than happy to replace tea and coffee with cold drinks. We sat upstairs in the comfy seats, with sitting on comfy seats and eating we were all ready for an afternoon nap!! We were surprised at just how big zinc is and all it had to offer.
