The worst agency I’ve ever been involved with. When I first moved into the property… the service was good. But now - it’s extremely poor. They are more than happy to leave the property damaged than to fix issues. Extremely rude and mannerless staffs that will ask you repeatedly for the repair issue. They clearly have no repair system in place. If you have a property - please avoid this agency like a plague as they are more than happy to watch your property become damaged over time. More...

Very disappointed from ZFA who were no help at all and extremely rude over the phone. No telephone manners and no duty of care! They need to be re-trained!

Most of the good reviews for ZfA are not genuine, I contact ZFA about my post which was open, the package was properly open with all tape taken off it and wide open you can see the content, I contact ZFA to report this I spoke to a rude, unprofessional lady called Sam, she asked me to send an email and picture of my post and said she will get back to me, waited two weeks for reply no reply, I called back and spoke to Sam, very rude lady, told me nothing cn be done, I told her there is a cctv in the building, are the cctv there for decoration. She was rude and said they can not check cctv or do anything regarding it, hang up on me. Today another post was open again. ZFA has refused to do anything regarding this, The council have to stop using them as agency for housing as this is ridiculous. ZFA IS A DISGRACE. More...

I have been a Temporary tenant for quite a while now and the Property had a few issues when I moved in ) And I got speaking to a person form zfa his name is janade he works for there and he is so friendly to speak to so kind he has got workers to come in and fit me a new bathroom loving it and done a lot of other work in property and freshly painted it all just what to say a big thank you to him and the workers and for all the others out there is with zfa i would recommend to speak to him his name is janade thank you agen

BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, Do Not turst them whatever they say, they promise you guarantee rent its all LIES. ZFA is really great always there and the properties are very well manage specially the one in Maidstone town centre that i have lived there for over two years the care taker waqas Awan is a great person he managed it so well he is always there to fix and try to find solution for any probleme and Waqas Awan is very friendly everyone get alone with him.

Great landlords its coming to 3 years and must admit they have been fantastic and have stuff who work relentlessly to ensure comfort at there properties. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! They are in it for themselves and only care about lining their own pockets!!

The only reason they are currently the agents of our property is because they got the business through ill-gotten gains and we have no way of getting out of it without suffering a further loss by taking it down the legal route! If you want a decent company to manage and look after your property, do not go to them! Utterly poor service and no business acumen!

Can't fault any of them. From start to finish they were all spot on. If my property manager wasn't available, there was always someone on hand to answer any questions or help with any issues. I would recommend ZFA to anyone.

DISGRACEFUL!!
I was a in a zfa furnished 1bed tempoary property for 3 yrs with 2 kids & a baby, in 3 years i had extreme mould & damp issues that was affecting mine & my kids health, when reporting this the maintenance manager RAJ would just tell me "ITS NOT MOULD ITS MILDEW & ITS MY OWN PROBLEM" the council came around after seeing the pictures & confirmed it was mould (even after this raj was still insisting it wasnt) also i had windows that was rotting away and they ignored this, carpets that was rotten &falling apart , Raj told me if i was so bothered y dont i change them my self?
I had a broken front door for almost a year that has a tiny crack in the top of the glass from when i first moved in & as i took the bins out the door slammed & the window shattered due to the crack that was already in the glass panel of the door when i first moved in! the least ZFA could have done was board it up but once again they failed to do this and RAJ told me it was my own fault due to anti-social behavuoir although there was no reports or nothing at all to support what Raj had said, The lino in the bathroom & kitchen was discusting &falling apart it took ZFA 2 years of me begging them to change it that they finally did in the kitchen which wasnt even fitted properly& in the bathroom they used a tiny cut off from the kitchen to place out side the bath , under the sink in the bathroom had a peice of lino that wasnt fitted and under that was rotting wood with woodlice, silver fish & ear wigs!
I called zfa one morning as i had noticed a mice in the kitchen that had run out of a gap under the cupboard. when i spoke to Raj he told me it was down to me as they only deal with pest in the first 6 wks of me moving in , they refused to help me and i was about 38 weeks pregnant with a mice infestation!
The washing machine that zfa provided broke they bought a different one around that was absolutely filthy of which i refused as it was so bad , it looked like it was from the 80s , the draw had old washing powder still in it that had gone mouldy and the inside stunk!!!! they took this back and with in a few days bought a different second hand once around that was a lot newer , with in a week the washing machine blew up! literally it went BANG! and loads of smoke. when i called back up zfa refused to replace this and told me ive been in the property longer than 6 months so they dont need to help , i advised them i had only had this washing machine just over a week although RAJ knew this he just said " the laws have changed madam we do not need to provide washing machines anymore!" and that was that!!
After 3 years the council mved me due to the poor conditions and the fact they didn't want to pay ZFA for a property that not getting maintained . RAJ had advised me that my property would go in to storage as i was waiting on my council to help with a van as i couldn't afford one, i had calls from my neighbour telling me zfa are clearing the property and throwing my stuff in the dump knowing full well i was trying to move my property asap but my new home was 34.5 miles away and had no help, they threw my baby cot out side on the dirty grass and has lost the screws so its now broken & the baby car seat they threw all paint over it while painting the property when my stuff was still in there! they tried to keep a tv of mine as they thew all my stuff out and i went back in and found it in the cupboard! when i told zfa about all of this they said they wouldn't dare treat my property with such disrespect! i told them i have proof & witnesses! they are disgusting and disrespectful they disregarded that it was hard for me to get all my stuff out of this property and raj didn't give me no option that they could help me and told the removal guys to throw my stuff in the bin when he told me it would go in to storage, when i confronted RAJ he told me its not his problem and i had enough time and i didn't give them any notice i was leaving.. they just try cover there own back as what they have done is against the law and vile!
