What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about helping businesses to recruit, motivate, retain and inspire their employees to boost business performance.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realised that there are several HR companies that only offer call-centre style advice to businesses so I wanted to set up an HR Consulting Firm that provides pragmatic, friendly expert HR expertise tailored to clients business needs.

We do not operate like a call-centre but instead offer personable, pragmatic, friendly HR expertise to our clients. Our specialisms are employment law, employee relations, HR Policies and contracts and leadership training.
