My husband and I Wanted to start hot yoga or Pilates for some time now. We heard through the grapevine that this purpose built new boutique yoga studio has just opened.
So last night we visited to see the studio first hand . Wow!!! it’s amazing . After guidance and discussion from the very friendly management we have decide to start with the Yin & Tonic Amethyst and Free Flow Amber classes.
We are very excited and we can’t wait to start these classes and of course take Advantage of the introductory offer. Watch this space

If you are looking for a Yoga studio or a Pilates studio in Palmers Green, Yoga Rocks is the place for you. Very experienced and friendly teachers. I went there for my first ever Yoga session and found the teachers so accomodating. All abilities are catered for. The prices are decent and the facilities are amazing. This is by far the best Studio in North London.They are passionate and caring, about what they do, there is a great variety of classes, and great teachers who are friendly and irresistibly knowledgeable about what they do.
It is a studio with great energy and for all types of people from beginners to advance. Really amazing Studio and well kitted out. Also love the fact that they offer early morning sessions so you can go before work.
It is an inspiring place.

This place is truly stunning. Not only is the entire place beuatifully set up and brand new! The teachers are excellent with tons of experience and the guidance I have been given so far has helped my practice immensely even after only a few classes.
