What do you love most about your job?
That I can help people learn new and more positive behaviours and thought patterns that can change their lives. When people begin to work at changing their negative ways and tread the pathway to a more positive way of life, and begin to notice their symptoms subsiding, it gives me the biggest buzz!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanting to use my learning and share my skills to benefit others

In my own life I have had many challenges and I feel this helps in counselling in understanding and sharing feelings about the struggles people meet in life.

Clinical Supervisor
I also hold a National Counselling Society Diploma in Supervision and provide Supervision to counsellors and trainee counsellors alike, offering a calm space for them to share their client work and their feelings about how they work.
I also offer non clinical Supervision to those who work in people focused employment, including nurses, teachers and carers.
