Further to my review of 3rd April 2021 I am pleased to say that WP Contractors Kent Limited have been in touch with me and remedial action has been agreed, which I am happy with. I should stress that my complaint was never about the standard of their work, which is excellent, more to do with lack of communication but this has now been addresssed.

I have asked that the initial review be removed because resolution has now been arrived at but, because this can take some time; I opted to post this retraction in the interim. More...

Building work completed on time, excellent workmanship. Maintained a clean and tidy site. Very happy customer.
