Great training with Sifu Andy who is an excellent teacher - friendly, knowledgeable, patient and always ready with a creative metaphor to help remember stuff :) Facilities at the Northampton school are excellent too.

I love this place! Not only does it have first-class training facilities (including an excellent wooden dummy), the head instructor Sifu Andy Watts is a wonderful instructor. He's great at getting the best it of all his students and is about supported by his assistant instructor Shannen Ashley. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and it feels like a big family. I thought for a good while when looking to take up a martial art again after having practised as a child. As well as being able to learn a skill and keep fit, uppermost was ensuring that I would enjoy practising again and being able to do this fitting around a busy lifestyle. I didn't know what to expect when starting Martial Arts, but with such a friendly environment and wonderful guidance from Sifu Andy I found that I had nothing to worry about.
