What do you love most about your job?
We love to help people! To guide them through what can be difficult and emotional times. We love to hear that we made a difference through such times for our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to create a friendly and ethical law firm that had a team with whom members of the general public can relate. Although we have been to law school, we are from working class backgrounds, we are proud of that and our heritage and we wanted members of the public to be able to contact a lawyer that they could relate to.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we are relatable, ethical, friendly and understanding people here at West Lancashire Law whilst maintaining professionalism and dedication.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Throughout the Covid pandemic we have been working remotely and we have now got a fully functioning remote system in place. We can provide legal advice and representation remotely which includes FaceTime appointments.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are working remotely and using FaceTime to meet with our clients and discuss their cases. We are able to deliver or collect any paperwork if posting is not an option which will of course be done using PPE at all times.
