Vic and his assistant called yesterday to service my boiler. Unlike other reviewers here I found them both to be courteous and polite and most of all professional . Vic spent more time and was more thorough than other plumbers I have had in the past and kept me informed throughout the process which included cleaning my magnaclean filter . Our project was to install a 'walk in' shower in our property. Vic had fitted a wet room at a friend's house and my wife and I were most impressed with his and his colleague Alex's excellent craftsmanship. We obtained 2 other quotes ( 1 from a renowned national company) but Vic's pleasant and practical manner convinced us to employ him. The job took 3 days. Carpets were covered and waste taken away each evening. Different aspects of the work were explained in detail and carried out in an exceptionally professional way. My fathers electric shower broke down some months ago and we were so impressed with the quality of service from Vic and his team that I invited them back for a complete bathroom refit. The quality of fitting was outstanding, timely and good value. The communication from Maria was spot on. On the strength of that I have just had my new kitchen fitted by them. Woke up this morning and the boiler had stopped working due to the cold. British Gas wouldn't come out for 5 days. I spoke to Maria and within 90 minutes our home was warm again. Theses guys are the best!!
