What makes a great website?
It's focusing on the consumer needs, delivers the information a potential client is looking for and makes him want to know more and contact you. It's not about you and your business but about your client and how much value you can offer to him.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
- Past experiences and challenges with marketing activities
- Current way of winning clients
- Profit you're making from one new client on average and resulting out of this, how much you can afford in regards of marketing activities to win this client --> Marketing activities only make sense if the expected ROI (return of invest) is worth the time&money
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the impact that well thought-through marketing can have on a small business and the life of its owner.
What inspired you to start your own business?
