My drain line was getting clogged between my sink and the main line in my apartment. It was actually causing the water in my dishwasher to backup which meant that the dishwasher was using dirty water to wash my dishes. I called a few plumbers but did not get any response. What do you love most about your job?
Our Engineers love problem solving, whether it be a leaking tap to full boiler OR bathroom replacements no job is too small or large for that matter.
When we walk away from a customers house we see a delighted customer who no longer has to put up with noisy boilers or an unattractive bathroom.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My family inspired me to set up my own business and my experience working for larger companies who provide the service but the service level may not be maintained. I have experienced lots of customer complaints when working with larger companies as the Personal touch is no longer there.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have that Personal input that larger companies may not provide. We go out of our way to provide the Service level expected by our customers. Our communication is excellent, informing customers of works at every point. Assurance that GasSafe registered engineers attend their property.
Last but not least. our post attendance response is best by far. we don't just forget about the customers once work has completed. any issues arising from attendance are looked at as priority.
