I recently hired Two Lions 11 Ltd to clean my back garden and take care of some very large trees. I was thoroughly impressed with their service! The guys did a fantastic job. Upon carrying out work advised sealant required replacing around the bath which they charged £65 additional labour for plus sealant and also decided to adjust the height of the bath. Proceeded to say bathroom was poor even though the bathroom had been in the house for many years without issue. One of the guys who attend jumped up and down in bath. Following day bath was leaking, prior to them attending there was no leak from the bath and was used just a day earlier. Contacted them and sent pictures of the issue. They proceeded to tell me that the leak was not because of them but they could charge me more money to come and fix it. They did not come out and look at the leak to see what the cause was and it if was anything to do with their work. The company do not believe adjusting that bath (with pipes attached) or being quite rough with the existing features can cause damage to existing connections causing a leak. They want to say that either the leak was already or that it would have happened anyway. They are not happy that I have given a negative review and have offered to come out for £70 to look at the issue. It seems like they just want to make more and more money out of people. More...

Garden Clearup I have been in a mental decline for a few years now due to suffering with depression and anxiety. Unfortunately due to the above, I have neglected my back garden where it has become severely overgrown and a build up waste pursued in the garden. The two men that came, did an outstanding job. They turned up on time and go the garden clear within 2 hours (I was thinking it was going to take a whole day). They even repaired my soil pipe which disconnected free of charge. Even in my predicament where I am starting to get back on top of things, they could not help offering me a hand whenever I need it. We've been using Two Lions 11 for several years now, and have never been less than delighted with their work - hence returning to them again and again. Nikolay and the team can turn their hand to almost anything, and are always knowledgeable, polite, tidy and work incredibly hard and efficiently, and Reni and the office team are friendly, thorough and helpful. Nikolay has a fantastic ability to be able to visualise the possible end product of a complex job, and deliver results that exceed expectations. EDIT: Just to clarify, the refund they are referring to in their response. Is a £90 refund given we had spent close to £1700 on parts and labour this is obviously a joke (£1134 on labour). I won't bother reading their response, it's like talking to a brick wall with these lot and or listening to a broken record . We will obviously have to spend a lot more than £90 to rectify a problem which we didn't have in the first place. I would not recommend. Simply because the issue that we had became a much bigger one after these guys had been. Further to this, the attitude stinks. He kept referring to how we had saved X amount of pounds due to his generosity when in fact we were paying a very decent amount for the work to be done. When he came back to rectify the problem that became worse after his visit he kept referring to he had lost £500 for the day. Making you feel guilty for the fact he is doing his job. His attitude towards women sticks and is old fashioned. Communication is poor at best - they will send you links to buy parts. When these parts are incorrect, they will put the blame on you and then tell you how they are losing because YOU bought the wrong part - which was actually the part they asked you to buy. I could write a book, but I'm sure you get the picture. I'm sure there will be a convoluted response to my review but ultimately this is the truth. They did not clear up after themselves and did not clean up any dust from drilling etc. They did work late but they did not offer to tidy anything up the next day nor to clear the wast that was literally thrown into our garden. They use a massive saw internally so saw dust goes flying everywhere. An absolute joke at best. Try them at your own risk. They also pressure you to leave a positive review before the work is 100% complete and also to pay before they leave , all of this means you have little room for recourse when you realise the next day that some bits are not right. We are super happy We just had a number of jobs that needed done and we went with 2 lions although we haven't used them before but the reviews made me feel confident enough to get them to do a number of stuff we needed and I was not disappointed. Am happy with how everything turned out and we had them removing and fixing a new bathroom cabinet , sort out the leak by restaling the taps on both bathtub and sink, replace the pull cords for the light, fix the wardrobe door which is massive , unblock the sinka new fan fitted in the toilet which will spare us from the condensation issues we had , a coat hook , fixed the threshold one two doors and They sorted the New kitchen extraction fan / hood fitting which will improve the kitchen ventilation massively as they created a and installed the hood through the walls to an outside vent, this will have a massive impact on the overall functioning of the house , Thier work finishing is immaculate . We paid for the materials but we were happy with the quote they provided as we thought it was fair. The guy who did the assessment, Nikolai, was very experienced and detected the source of the leak. He was straight talking and advised he did not need to cut a hole in the ceiling to investigate further, which I was pleased about. They replaced the silicone around the shower and did some grouting as specified. My main feedback would be that you need to be very specific about what jobs/tasks/areas you want to be carried out. They did need to come back and were very available to make a date. I did not have to wait longer than a week for an appointment. I had a dishwasher installed recently, and Nikolay and his team were excellent throughout the whole process. When I posted my job they gave me a very competitive quote promptly and when I offered them the job, Nikolay's team were helpful in guiding me through all aspects of the work needed, and gave me thorough answers to all of the questions I asked, up to and including the dishwasher installation, Nikolay even agreed to install an additional kitchen cupboard for me when I made the request when he came round to survey where I wanted my new dishwasher to be installed. I was very happy with the quote given for all of the work, and I am now totally satisfied with the outcome now that the jobs have been completed. I must also compliment Nikolay and his office team were for the very good communications received from them throughout the whole process. Nikolay and his work assistant turned up to begin the job at the time agreed, explained everything I needed to know about the work they had completed, and left the work area clean and tidy when they had finished.
