The overwhelming desire to shape my own destiny, work life balance and quality of life.

I spent many years managing some of the most militant and highly unionised workforces in this country. During this time I have handled cases across the spectrum from initial investigation through to dismissals and tribunals. I have designed and implemented agreed performance and reward targets, managed long term sickness and absence and poor performance.
