Dog Training

Mark was very understanding with me and my puppy. He explained everything very well and I am confident that I will be able to act on his instructions and Misty and I will be a lot happier together in the future.
I rang him a few hours after he had left us with a query and he put me at ease straight away and I feel I will be able to contact him as many times as necessary if needed.

Life saver! Thank you for all you have done for our little dog. We now feel confident to help switch our dogs unwanted behaviour. More importantly we feel supported with it all, Mark keeps in regular contact with us, which we have found helps to keep us motivated to stick to our program and keep up with our house rules and routine. We have seen a dramatic change in behaviour with our little terrier and can now see a light at the end of the tunnel. Mark was our dogs last chance as the next step may have been euthanasia and I am absolutely so relieved our vet put us in contact. I like Marks pragmatic and flexible approach to training, with a written program to follow after his assessment of our dogs behaviour, and like I said, the level of support he offers is fantastic. :) thank you!! We have an American Akita. We are first time dog owners. King is about 14months of age now..beautiful dog inside and out. Just was getting a bit territorial and was starting to become a concern for his own and our family's safety . Mark visited us a few days ago and we are trying to follow his programme as religiously as we can. And already we see huge major steps which are all pointing towards a good family dog. Mark saw stuff we couldnt the moment he walked through our front door. Highly recommend mark because of his knowledge and experience. Will update again in few weeks time. More...

Mark has visited us today, he has kindly travelled a long way to help us with our dog Tara, an akita. He has given us lots of help to ensure we get the best from Tara and training started on tonight's walk. He has also shown us ways to ensure our daughter and Tara live in harmony, including an excellent song for our daughter to learn as she grows helping her to know how to behave around all dogs- I think every child should be taught this in school it's a fantastic resource! Mark is very knowledgable about the breed, nutrition, behaviour, he has taught us a huge amount. Finally, Mark has offered us reassurance that Tara is a fantastic dog - we knew this - but have a professional as knowledgeable as Mark say it was made us proud pooch parents! Thank you More...

Mark has a special gift, he has helped us with our young beagle by showing us how to think like a dog. We had a rank issue in our household and by practicing Marks techniques we have noticed a massive change in Lunas behaviour within a week, with her listening to commands almost instantly after his visit. Mark is a very genuine and approachable guy and his methods are simple and effective, all with the dogs wellbeing in mind. We look forward to carry on practicing Marks techniques and would very much recommend his expertise. Thanks Mark? More...

Sorry messed up my first review - Wanted to give Mark 5 stars! I met Mark when he was training my sister's dog. He was excellent and I can now walk Nina without her barking at me and trying to round me up like a sheep.

I found Mark to be excellent with my dogs. I have 2 jacks who can be a nightmare to say the least. He was very calm patient & took his time with them both & also took his time to explain why they do what they do how I can correct it in a good & positive manner. I found his methods really kind & they really do work. All in all a genuine person who wants the best for the dog & helps & shows you how to achieve it. Brilliant skills. Definitely recommend this guy !!!! More...

Mark was amazing with our one year dog Mia , I was at my wits end because she was taking over the house ,it was like having a very demanding child ,She pulled at the clothes for attention even ripping them at times she was waking me up every hour in the night and would go into garden and not come back when called. Marks advice was priceless I now get to sleep through at night and Mia comes in when called, In our opinion Mark is a miracle worker, he knows all there is to know about dogs body language and behaviour, and their diet. We noticed a big difference in Mias behaviour after he came to visit we . I have recommended Mark to my sister and would recommend him to anyone. We were at our wits end but all is wonderful now. Thank You Mark.Tracey and Mia. More...

We've been working with Mark for approximately 12months now...yes 12 months and still in contact , he is absolutely invaluable ! ! I have a young energetic but lead reactive dog , any dog we crossed paths with on lead he'd bark madly at and warn to keep away .after already working with several other professionals I was extremely sceptical but determined that something had to give , Mark came to me highly recommended and i don't hesitate to pass that on. The techniques that were demonstrated improved things almost immediately and we're continuing to make amazing progress , everything is explained and shown in detail ..so important .Happier doggy and happier owner = success More...

Mark helped me with my rescue dog from Babbington Rescue who had a lot of behavioural problems. He worked with me and my dog week in week out and continues to offer me support with any issues that arise. He's very friendly, approachable and always happy to help, he really does have the dogs best interest at heart and this shines through in your dog as they learn to behave as you want them to. Q&As

Difficult to select one area of my job i love the most. I would have to say, when im contacted by the owners to tell me everything has been resolved, they are now enjoying a healthy and new relationship with their dog. Happy Dog Happy Owners Happy Mark the Trinity of a dog behaviourist.

I had my first dog when I was 7, a cross bred border collie called patch. He was a great dog with me but unfortunately his social skills to others left my parents with limited options, after a number of bite incidents patch was euthanized. This left a passion in my heart to help other dogs and their owners avoid similar endings. We have progressed with our understanding of dogs and their behaviours. Owners have more options to modify their dogs behaviours. Its now 37 years on from Patch and having studied dogs and their behaviours I put all my knowledge and experience into practice helping many dogs overcome their fears or behaviour traits and assisting owners to regain control of their dog and environment

Im Passionate and caring of all dogs. My work comes from the heart, i didn't choose my career it chose me. They are not just a dog ! to me they are family members and no better truth than a man's best friend. Each case I work with is different but my work ethic comes from the same place..Passionate caring and motivated to balance your dog creating a relationship that thrives for many years. The one you once dreamed of at the beginning of your relationship. Taking my years of past knowledge i also stride to keep up to date with the latest scientific and general research into dogs by attending seminars with leading experts in their own field of work. With dog research in a new evolution phase, if required i will take a course to further enhance my knowledge giving me the education to continue and develop my own skill set.
