Amazing personal coach, very thorough and professional. Rosie is passionate about what she does and has been a big source of inspiration for me having known her for nearly 20 years!

It's been nearly a month since I started training with Rosie - she managed to get me back on the track after over a year of failed attempts to start running again after injury. She varies training methods so you cannot get bored � , her enthusiasm is so infectious that I have no problem to get up before 6 am to do my training before work. I am faster already, my hypermobile upper body is getting stable and I am confident that sticking to her advices will lead me to PB soon More...

I have been training with Rosie for over a year and I definitely feel the benefits not only with my overall fitness but with my general well being too. I have had Personal Trainers in the past and none have made going to the gym or training as effective or enjoyable as Rosie has. Every session varies so it never gets boring. She does push me very hard but takes the time to make sure i train properly and I stretch at the end. She gives you 100% attention. I always feel better by the time we have finished. Rosie is an excellent PT and coach. I had the joy of working with her over the past few months. She finds the right balance of pushing you out of your comfort zone and motivating you to achieve her tough but achievable goals. Rosie has been training me for around 9 months now and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I love the training. I wanted Rosie to be my trainer because of her expertise, she's an elite athlete in her own right and is highly knowledgeable in fitness, health and wellbeing. In addition, she's always happy to discuss any of these issues in her own time, especially my diet! Because of Rosie, my body shape has changed and I've got muscle definition!
