I attended a fire cupping training course with Total Therapy on Sunday and found it to be very professional and informative. Steph was an exceptional teacher and delivered the course with real passion. We had fun! It was nice to get to grips with everything in a relaxed environment that was friendly and uplifting. Everyone on the course got some one to one instruction which was neat. I have found the handbook very useful to recap what we covered and I’d definitely recommend the course to others. Yesterday I completed a day’s Fire Cupping course. The email received beforehand was very helpful, the training centre was lovely and easy to find and the course was very well planned and delivered. I thought our instructor, Steph, did a fantastic job. She was very insightful, thorough and answered all of our questions. The theory and theory manual were great and will be very useful in the future. The PowerPoint slides had the right amount of detail and cross referenced to the manual. Chris and Andy were also on hand to add their own experiences and top tips too. The practical demonstration was incredibly clear and broken down into simple steps. I felt confident when cupping my partner as Steph or Andy were on hand to guide and advise me if I needed it. The ratio of students was just right. There were 10 of us so we all received some one to one instruction. I left feeling like: I’d learnt a lot; feeling confident I could put what I’d learnt into practice and knowing I had a number of people to contact if I had any questions last night or in the future. I feel Chris, Steph and Andy are all extremely passionate about Total Therapy Training and that was reflected in all of them throughout the day. A very professional course delivered in a friendly, non-threatening environment. Massive thumbs up to you all. Would totally recommend going on any of Total Therapy’s courses. I went to see Ali recently after meeting and talking with her at a local holistic health event. I was really impressed by her knowledge, calm nature and range of treatments. I did my Gua Sha course with these guys today and I have nothing but great things to say about them! Great facilities and fantastic teachers who make the delivery fun and relaxed not boring and stuffy like some! The course itself was really informative and every question got answered no matter if it was big or small! You soon feel at ease and comfortable in the classroom! Being in a small group allowed for more in-depth 1-1 teaching, especially when applying the therapy in the practical � To be provided with the full kit you need as well is a massive bonus so you can pretty much get to work after the course!
