As the work started i had to travel abroad due to a loss in our family but TK Property guys went above and beyond to make sure everything was done in time. This company has performed many building projects in my house, which one of them was a £10k kitchen. I’m extremely pleased with the finish. Tom is an excellent Project Manager with an honest and reliable team around him. His quotes are competitive and he often includes jobs free of charge. And the quotes do not change. TK Property maintenance were contracted for a house refurbishment that included building work, plastering, plumbing, electrics and painters. They were a pleasure to deal with. Honest, trustworthy, hard working, polite, punctual and good value for money. They completed all works required to an excellent standard and within the timescale agreed. Tom made some excellent practical suggestions, which we adopted re. design, and finishes. I will be using them for all future work and have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. In fact I did recommend them to my mother who is very hard to please.
