Not finish the job left a mess not reccomend

This person couldn't accept that the extra work that was requested by building regs was separate to the quote. We finished that part of the job, it was passed but the customer didn't want us to finish. We offered to tidy any mess but they said we weren't allowed on there property again, I still have a recorded phone call of them being aggressive, abusive and confirming this. They are horrible people that think builders should do extras on a job for free
How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If it is brick or block made, ideally with a tiled roof and enough space you can see the design you want fitting into
