Came very promptly between Christmas and New Year, fixed both defects with no issues. I would use Kelner again.

General Bungalow Refurbishment And Loft Conversions
Our project was extensive and included a full loft extension with 2 double bedrooms and a large family bathroom. We also had the kitchen and dining room made into one room and a utility room rebuilt.
From the start Kelner was always on hand to help and give advice.
Through his expertise and experience he was able to interpret the plans and make improvements. He always involved us at each phase of the project and made sure we knew what was happening and gave us a chance to discuss any changes.
The finished job exceeded our expectations and we are truly grateful to Kener and his team for their excellent work.
Kelner seems to be an expert in all areas and this was obvious when he interacted with the other trades, which made the whole process seamless.
It's important to choose the right contractor but without experience you can only go on recommendation. Kelner was highly recommended by friends of ours and we have and will recommend kelner and his team to others, without reservation.
You have to consider that your house will be filled with strangers for weeks, which you need to trust.
From the outset we were comfortable with kelnet and his team, they were extremely friendly courteous and trustworthy.
We cannot commend their work highly enough for quality and completeness beyond expectations.
kelner and his team (especially martin & catalin ) made a potentially stressful experience into a pleasurable one and we actually miss them being around.

Kelner and the team were very quick to give a professional & competitive quote. They worked tirelessly to complete the job starting early & finishing late everyday. They were very tidy, cleaning up any mess at the end of the each day. They completed the job to a high standard and as per our architectural plans. kelner and his team did a great job of our extensive internal refurbishment (lots of plastering, new ceilings, electrics, doors, painting and some external work) in Hornchurch. I'm really pleased with the finish and quality of the work. Kelner was easy to deal with, get hold of and meet, flexible with occasional changes to the brief and suggested quite a few things which actually improved things for us. Kelner gave us a quote based on some pictures that we had taken he then arranged a visit to measure for a new RSJ, confirm quote and gave us a date for the work to be done, Kelner phoned a few days before the job to confirm an exact date and time.

Kelner and his team arrived as arranged and explained what would be involved and said they would be finished by the end of the day, they sheeted off the rest of the house to try and keep the mess contained, the work was completed as requested and the rubble was bagged before they left. Everything was completed within the original quote.

We couldn’t have asked for a better service and We will be using kelner for any future work.
