When we were looking for a building firm to build our extension we came across Darlington Building Services (DBS). To be sure DBS were right for us, we visited an ongoing build and chatted with the property owner who could not praise DBS enough. Can't fault this company at all. Mine was a relatively small job by most builders standards, but Dave and the guys worked with me all the way, providing me with a top class service from start to finish. Good interaction between builder and Client, accommodating a few small changes to the design whilst in progress without being hit for additional costs. Block paved driveway completely laid to new level profile and increased in width from existing. The finished product puts the other driveways in my road to shame. Had extension to the back of the house. Excellent workmanship, very reliable, could not have been more helpful even bringing ideas to the table that we had not thought of ourselves.
