We had our wedding at Thursford and we cannot recommend it enough; for a wedding or just a visit. The venue is a lovely day out to enjoy the grounds or the museum, or visit at Christmas time to enjoy Fantasy Land and the Christmas show. The unique styling of the venue and friendly nature of the staff is what convinced us to have our wedding there. The staff were informative, honest and flexible; they were truly all about enabling us to have the wedding day we wanted, instead of the 'wedding blueprint' other venues had tried to force upon us. What you receive as a service is excellent; the time, help and resources afforded to us was unparalleled. The recommended vendors were also fantastic. Our guests were definitely wowed by the different facets of the venue, and how the atmosphere changed from morning through to evening. Everything flowed and was well facilitated, owing to the numerous rooms and spaces made available and the staff managing the day. We have only positives to say about our incredible wedding venue... Everything about the wedding day was incredible from start to finish.
Charlie and his team are amazing and we are truly so proud that we could have had our wedding at this venue. Everything was cleared up and nothing was too much trouble. We are so so grateful for all of the support and guidance from the team! We were treated so well, even when I was frantically emailing a few weeks before the big day. Every single guest said what a beautiful venue it is and how they wish they’d all knew about it when they got married. We will 100% boast about our day forever at this incredible place.

Charlie and his team at Thursford Garden Pavillion were supremely professional and helped to make our wedding day in June 2017 so special. From our initial meeting through to the day itself, the team were fantastic at communicating with us. We had a number of small detail changes in the run up to the day itself and Charlie was very accommodating to these. So many friends and family commented on the day how amazing the venue was and that the carousel rides had lent a fairytale edge to proceedings. The lighting in the trees outside the Pavillion in the evening were sensational and served to enhance the ambience inside. Normally tables have to be cleared away at wedding receptions I have been to to make room for a make shift dance floor, but at Thursford they have a beautiful dedicated dance floor with fantastic lighting again. Charlie showed great attention to detail, and when we arrived in our wedding car we were greeted by him personally with drinks and within 60 seconds all our guests were led to the funfair rides which were lit up and working. Everything ran so smoothly, leaving us to just enjoy the day. If you want the perfect wedding venue in Norfolk, and a team who will ensure your day goes without a hitch I would unreservedly recommend the team at Thursford Garden Pavillion. We got married at this stunning venue on Saturday, our guests had no idea they would be riding a carousel on our wedding day, the weather was beautiful, the grounds were on point and Emma along with her team who looked after us in the lead up to and on the day were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and Emma’s attention to every detail we requested was truly superb, thank you Thursford for giving us the best day of our lives that we will remember forever and always ��

Absolutely fantastic venue! All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves, especially the ride on the carousel! Nothing was too much trouble for staff and Charlie looked after us all day! He’s absolutely fantastic and really listens to you about how you want your day to go. I was late arriving but we were never rushed.
