Dave and Sally from Thirst Choice provided us with the bar service for our son's wedding and they provided drinks and a brunch for 70 guests the following morning. We could not have wished for more. All aspects of their service levels were outstanding; staff were attentive, drinks were accessible and especially requested cocktails were researched, perfectly provided and delicious. The same can be said for each and all the "ingredients" at the brunch. Dave had been been foraging for the most delicious local cheeses and award winning croissants and breads, the ham was fabulous, the presentation was just what we wanted and they both made every effort to accommodate our wish for the meal to be served in an eco-friendly manner. Thirstchoice provided an amazing chef at home for my dad's 70th Birthday. Dave and Sally were amazing from start to finish. Choosing the menu was a breeze and arranging access on the day etc went without a hiccup. The food on the night was delicious, but what made it really special was the approach of the pair, friendly, knowledgeable, relaxed yet super professional. Wow,I cant praise and thank you enough,I would highly recommend these guys ,did a surprise tea party for my mums 70th ,on holidays from Wales,we came back to our holiday cottage after a day out with it all set out ,looked amazing and tasted even better!fantastic service xxx

Thirst Choice provided an excellent informal supper for 18 people, with the main course of a spit roasted half a lamb. Simply delicious food. They also provided substantial canapés for a lunchtime drinks party the next day using locally produce. All of this was done by Dave and Sally with professionalism and consistent good humour! Had a wedding on 28th may 2016 which thirst choice provided the bar and hog roast. Many of our guests said how good the meat was and that there was plenty to go around. Staff were friendly and provided us with a variety of drinks for all ages. Would recommend them to others. More...

Thirst choice provided the catering and bar for our wedding in May. Everything was great right from the start. David created some amazing options for our tasting and we had fun working out what to choose. The canapés were tasty and plentiful. For our wedding breakfast we decided to go for a platter with pâté and hummus and breads for our starter. Then a hog roast with a range of salads, followed by a legendary trio of desserts which were just incredible!! The vegetarian option went down really well, I have had lots of reports saying it was really tasty and massive! I know veggies often get the short straw at weddings. Everything was beautifully presented and there was a tasty and interesting combination of flavours. We loved the fact that everything was locally sourced including beers and ciders. The bar worked really brilliantly, it was great to be able to choose which local beers and ciders we wanted. The evening food went down well, David and Sally chose some amazing local cheeses.
