I found the whole episode extremely tiring. The office staff fabricate excuses after excuses, Its owned by a very unpleasant little man that does not pay any of his bills leaving a lot of his sub contractors broke. Slight delay on getting our colour matched. Although accepting of the fact it was a non RAL colour. Anyway, we got there and the window system is very well made.

Recently had all the windows in my terraced house replaced along with the back door. The service was quick, friendly and the price was very reasonable. I'm thrilled with my new windows!!
