The Council refused my planning application on 2nd November 2017 on he basis that the plans were not sufficient. ie the plans were not good enough to be able to make a decision.

You will not see any application after the failed one submitted in September 2017. I am in the process of finding another architect so if you do see one then it's probably from my replacement architect.
