What’s your signature dish?
One of our specialities, Salcombe lobster and brown Salcombe crab is recognised as the finest lobster and crab in the world! We source ours from small inshore day boats that fish the clear blue waters of the Devon coast,
So "fruits de Mer" taste of the sea all locally sourced from day boats which land on the fish quay of Salcombe directly outside our restaurant
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
All our menus are bespoke to the clients needs, Although we have menus from which the client can choose from.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting the clients and working with them to create the correct menu and price to create the perfect occasion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in professional kitchens for many years Decide to open a seafood restaurant with friend and fellow chef, We can now bring the great local produce of Devon to you.
