I've been going to the PT studio since January I was really nervous about walking through the door as I haven't trained in long time. I was very unfit and very much over weight. What a shock I had when did go in Ste Barlow and his team of coaches were really accomadating in everyway from showing me how to do the correct movements and diet plans. Just completed a 10 week challenge and loved it. Always struggled to stick with exercise but this was totally different, i actually looked forward to the classes and was gutted if i couldn't go. I would definitely recommend it.

Can’t recommend this place enough ! Great people , great trainers and such an amazing variety of classes to do . Just finished my first 10 week challenge and loved every minute , enjoyed the food plans and some have become family favourites ,looking forward to the next one

started at the ptstudio back in April, didnt know anyone, my fitness levels were low and my eating habits were shocking. i started the 10 week challenge and just kept on going, the personal trainers and the people i train with are fantastic, theres always been 100% support to help you reach your goals and push you and motivate you to be the best you can be and beyond. i can honestly say its changed my life, im fitter, more energy, leaner, eating better and so much happier. Been at the PT studio 12 months and was best thing I ever did. A great place to train with great advice and encouragement from all trainers . Everyone makes you feel welcome from the start . I lost 4 stone in the first 6 months preparing for knee surgery and since returning to training earlier this year for initial rehab exercises for my knee , I’ve just completed my second 10 week challenge and am made up with where I am at the minute . I had never lost the last bit of my baby weight and then more and more weight creeped on! I was in bad habits and always told myself I don’t have time to food prep or get to the gym with working full time and having a toddler! My friend persuaded me to try the challenge at PT studio with her and I am soo glad I did! It has changed my lifestyle completely and it really is easy to “eat well” even with a toddler and working full time! The support you receive from Ste is second to none! Everyone at the gym is really nice and supportive and I had no problems with going to classes on my own. I’m so much healthier stronger and fitter and I love going to the classes! Just finished the 10 week challenge and have lost 12.5 inches - yeah!! For someone who has never really stuck to any kind of exercise before I have found all the trainers and members really supportive and patient i feel tons better so thank you the only tip I would have for new starters is to make sure you don’t wash your card!!

I completed my first 10 week challenge with PT Studio last and can honestly say I’m so glad that I’ve done it, I’ve never felt better! The classes are great, I’m pushed to my limit but you never feel singled out and every single person and trainer is so welcoming and motivating. The support you receive, even if you fall off track, is fantastic and I cannot thank Ste and the team enough! I am always looking forward to my next session at the PT studio. Just finished a 10 Week Challenge with The PT Studio. I have lost 2 stone 6lbs in total and 22 inches! I can’t thank Ste and the team enough, I have loved every class and really looking forward to joining the next challenge in September. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive and it’s a really nice environment to train in. When I started the challenge I was very nervous and worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up in the classes but after a couple of weeks of beginners classes I tried a normal class and was surprised at how well I did, now I train 5 times a week. 10 weeks ago I couldn’t do burpees, push ups or sit ups but now I can manage one of Tom’s finishers which is a real achievement for me, as it’s something I thought I would never be able to do. Well after the success of my husband losing over 5 stone.. I took the plunge. I have got motivated, determination but lost all of this when I hurt my back, painkillers, physio and an operation later this is where the excuses kicked in. I would hurt my back, my back can't take it... However that all changed when I signed up to the 10 week challenge. I loved it, I won't lie it was hard but it was always going to be. I trained hard, I sweated, I think I cried after one but after each class I felt amazing. Some weeks I trained 3 times others 7. I lead a busy life with 3 kids, I am a teacher so if I can do it anyone can. The classes were fun, engaging everyone spurred you on. I loved the boxing classes with Tom and the outdoor bootcamp. You have a good food plan which is varied and I honestly fell back in love with cooking. PT studio will help anyone of any size or gender all you have e to do is commit, be motivated and I promise you, you will lose weight, inches and gain friends... Go for it. More...

Just taken part in the latest 10 week challenge and it's safe to say I've loved every minute of it. Never did I think I'd love going to the gym so much. Every trainer is welcoming and supportive and nothing is ever too much to ask if you need help with anything! I've took my classes with Ste and Tom mainly and both of them have helped me gain so much confidence since joining the challenge. I have complete my first 10 week challenge at the PT studio. My weight has always been up and down over the years. Can't thank this place enough. struggled really bad for years with depression & anxiety, & weight gain. I Didn't have a clue what to do in your every day gym, (tried) . .saw this on fb & messaged ste telling him of my situation & age(55). he told me there'd be no problem & guess what he was right. Ste, Tom & Jaide Barlow run it, its a proper family run gym. The classes are fab, plenty of choice so if you don't like/ fancy one theres always something else. Ive done the 10 week challenge & I've lost weight, feel loads better in myself , my self confidence as grown & the people you meet here are on another level. Never met a nicer group of people who pick you up when you're down, help you along but mostly they listen to you, they have a closed group where you can post your up's & down's.. your problems & your achievements . absolutely A1, 5*. 10/10. As a young person i have always enjoyed sports and getting involed with anything to do with sport, but as a young person you never see it as exercise you just enjoy your activity whatever it maybe but as i got older life took over and i lost my passion for doing what i loved the most, i gained weight and lost all confidence, until i started at the pt studio, when i first walked throuth the doors i was a nervous wreck but was soon put at ease with that warm welcome or the fantastic trainers who do an amazing job and the friendliness of the members you meet along the way who i now class as friends, since starting at the studio i have lost 3 1/2 stone and finally got my love and confidence back doing what i enjoy all thanks to the pt studio and the trainers, the help is constant when you need it no job is ever to much and the meal plans that are supplied are fantastic with plenty variety for all, what an amazing place to train it truly has changed my life thank you all so much!!

January 2015 I decided enough was enough and that I needed to lose weight and become a healthier person. I signed up to the body transformation challenge. On the day of my first class I was in tears and panicking saying I didn't want to go because I was so scared with my confidence being so low and I didn't know what to expect. My friend calmed me down and talked me into giving it a go. So I got brave and went, it was hard and I couldn't walk for a few days after but committed myself to go 3 times per week. I'm still going now 4 to 5 times per week and I love it! I've lost just under 4 stone and have energy to burn. I feel the best I've ever felt. The PT Studio isn't like any other gym, there's none of that clicky stuff going on. The trainers are brilliant and help you all the way, they are also very knowledgeable in nutrition and provide you with a meal plan when on a challenge and the other gym goers are so friendly. Just completed the 10 week challenge at PT Studio and had excellent results. Ste and the team really are second to none and have really pushed me to my limits. I lost 2 stone and around 31 inches over the 10 weeks and my overall fitness is improving as each week passes. I can honestly say the PT Studio has changed my life. I joined in April 2017 taking on one of the 10 week body transformation challenges. I was massively overweight and unfit. Been going to the Pt studio for a while now and it’s the best decision I have made, since starting there I’ve lost 10stone 2lb so far. It has definitely been a life changing experience and I’m grateful to all the staff for making it a great gym for people to use. I’ve tried a few gyms in the past but never been able to stick to them but the staff and members at the Pt studio are so helpful and friendly they made it a pleasure to train there. There are loads of different classes to choose from so there is something for everyone. They also do 10 week challenges which always seemed to make me work abit harder and think about my diet more as you Carnt wait to see the results after the 10 weeks. Fantastic independent gym....I’ve been to a few large gym chains and a few small gyms but this is by far the best! Trainers are brilliant and really know their stuff. ..they are really approachable unlike ‘other’ gyms which I’ve found very clicky! Everyone is really helpful and friendly, even the members and you always feel at home here. The classes are brilliant, well thought out and challenging but adaptable for beginners. I highly recommend PT studio’s the trainers are great and friendly. Iv been to a few gyms in the past and never achieved what I was after and ended up getting either bored or annoyed at not seeing results. in just 10 weeks since joining PT studios iv noticed a huge difference in my weight and I feel a lot more energetic and happier in my self from it. Absolutely brilliant gym! I started coming here in September after signing up for one of their 10 week challenges and it was the best decision I've made! The trainers are just fab! They make all the classes enjoyable whilst still pushing you as much as possible. Everyone who works and goes there are so friendly and so supportive, I never thought I would actually stick it out for this long but they've all made it so easy. I've never been someone who enjoyed going to the gym - until I started to go here. Having first started visiting around twelve months ago, I've seen my health and fitness taken to a whole new level. I've lost weight, gained muscle and strength and am a totally different person to the one who walked through the door the first day. Not only are the classes great because they cater for everyone and are varied to prevent you getting bored or complacent, but the trainers are brilliant - offering support and advice whenever you need it. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC GYM!I have been attending the pt studio for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it.The classes are always fun and there is a wide range to choose from. The nutrition plans are easy to follow and have simple but extremely tasty recipes that don't make you feel like you are cutting back. The pt studio wouldn't be the place it is if it wasn't for the trainers themselves. They have a genuine interest in you as a person and give help and advise 24 hours a day 7 days a week.They keep you on your toes and push you to achieve what they know you are more than capable of.I have never stuck to a gym before attending the pt studio and now almost 2 years down the line i love it even more. Always thought I knew how to train and how to eat correctly. How wrong I was. Just nearing the end of a 10 week challenge and had a great experience. Lost around 8 inches of my stomach alone and fit comfortably into clothes that were tight when i bought them.Ste and the team are great push you to your limits without putting you down and tailor everything to you.Meal plans are tasty, filling and easy to knock up.Absolutely great value for money, great education and great banter along the way. I trained with Ste at his studio back in 2010 and had boxing PT sessions surgery. His expertise helped me to train around and apdapt exercises when necessary meaning I could train. In 2016 I returned to his new premises which was HUGE! It didn’t matter that I had trained elsewhere before hand his staff and members are fantastic. I have trained at every ‘bootcamp’ and commercial gym in Wigan and here at The PT Studio there are NO Egos! No judgements or being made to feel inadequate (there are many places in Wigan where this happens) His gym has won ‘Gym of the Year’ 3 years in a row, as he his highly regarded by all of his members. Ste Has a team of trainers who works alongside him but also remains hands on in class delivery and programming, he goes over and above for his members and is one of the most competitively priced and affordable gyms in the North West! They even do free tasters and are a non contract facility. The PT Studio Challenges get some fantastic results without the added expenses £100 for 10 weeks unlimited training/nutrition plan that isn’t a cookie cutter plan/ bespoke services/ 1-1 support/ free seminars and workshops (plus a great party afterwards) 100% worth the reccomendation for anyone looking for a great environment to train in with people who want to help! I can honestly say the Pt Studio is the best the gym I have ever been too, I have been to many gyms over the years but never stuck to anything like I have here and can’t thank them enough for all the help and support they offer. Fantastic place to change your life. The best training I’ve ever done I wasn’t really into this whole gyms with classes , I used to just go the gym and not really push myself but this has all changed now I will never look back from the food to the top training with top draw PT’s it’s not really like training it’s enjoyable which is the biggest battle for me

I’ve just completed my second challenge at PT and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! After completing my first one, I soon gave up and put on more than double the weight I’d lost. I felt more than comfortable going back to PT and the atmosphere was as welcoming as ever. I feel more motivated than ever this time round and can’t wait to continue my journey with the help and support of Ste and his fantastic team. I started at the PT studio in April not really knowing what to expect. But can only say fantastic things about this place. I've been a gym goer for a good few years after giving up playing football but never enjoyed it and could never get into a routine. That's totally different with the PT studio. For the first time I've committed to the gym 4 or 5 times a week and loved every minute, from boxing to bootcamp. Every trainer has been fantastic and can't recommend the place enough. I’ve just completed my very first 10 week challenge and I’m over the moon with the progress I’ve made so far. A loss of a stone and 17. 5 inches across the body has given me the bug back for training. After finally admitting to myself that I needed to retire from football over a year ago I got stuck into a routine of not doing anything, without really noticing I became so unfit and my clothes were becoming a little tighter �
My wife Laura had done the previous challenge and couldn’t recommend it highly enough to me.
The sessions were great and so intense,I would find I was doing the same work out in 45 minutes at PT than I would doing a football session for 2 hours. I don’t think I will ever like hearing or seeing the word Burpee on the board but I can only get better at them..
I’m so looking forward to the next challenge and continuing the journey I’ve begun �

Started pt studio in January and have been going week in week out since. I piled weight on whilst being pregnant and after having my little boy in August last year, I hated the way I looked and I’d cover myself in baggy clothes as none of my nice clothes fitted anymore. Coming to pt has boosted my confidence & I’ve now lost over 2 and a half stone since starting. Everyone is so friendly and it’s not your normal gym that you might feel embarrassed or may be clicky. This was my very first 10 week challenge at PT Studio �
Before I started this i was at a place in my life where I had little motivation and passion for exercising and fitness but wanted so much to get back into it. I previously joined JD gym which was not for me and I just didn’t go.
PT studio was recommended by work colleagues and my partner and I’m so glad I took the first step and joined.
I manage to get to 4-5 classes per week and I really enjoy every one. There are no egos at the classes and everyone is so welcoming, friendly and down to earth.
The meal plans and recipes are fantastic.
The trainers are all brilliant too.
Doing this challenge was not about losing weight for me but more about toning up and being physically fit. I have noticed a massive difference in my strength and fitness and it does wonders for your mental health too! I look and feel more toned and think it’s given me a bit more shape to my body. At the beginning I couldn’t do a full press up - now I can do 10 (and then revert back to my knees). I couldn’t do a chin up (using the band) and now I can do 10 without stopping. I don’t like missing classes now and feel out of sorts when I can’t make them.
I am hooked and look forward to seeing how far I can go now by pushing myself further.
This is a new and positive addition to my lifestyle and want to say a big massive thank you to all at PT studio ��

What an amazing place pt studio is ive just finished my 1st 10 week challenge and I'm over the moon with my results over 2 srone and 11inches lost . . ive met some absolute cracking people who have helped and encouraged me all the way. Ive gone from feeling so unhappy and uncomfortable about myself to feeling happy and confident that i can carry on with this journey with the help and support of everyone at pt studio the fab classes and easy to follow meal plans. I have just completed my first 10 week challenge, i am over the moon with my results in such a short space of time, i was so nervous about joining because i have been to other gyms before and was made to feel self concious but here you are made to feel welcome and at ease, no one judges you on your fitness or how you look, everyone just gets on with it and you always find support with both the trainers and the people who attend each class, since starting i have gained alot more confidence and notices big changes both physically and mentally also met some amazing people, i could not have done it with out Ste & his team there always willing to help you and give advice so thanks for all you have done for me, really has changed my life for the better, could not recommend this place enough, looking forward to my next challenge you have a member for life now!

Just completed my second challenge at the pt studio and got to a good weight to say I didn’t have a lot of weight to lose,bring on the next challenge to try get my abs out. 5 stars is not enough for this gym wish I could rate it higher. Great place to train with great trainers and friendly atmosphere. I’ve seen the amazing transformation my friend Emma has made with the PT over the years and I finally made the jump myself! I’ve Just finished my first 10 week challenge and can’t recommend The PT Studio enough!!! Don’t waste time like I did thinking you’re not fit enough and worrying what others will think of you!! Because the truth is no one judges what you look like, how many exercises you can or can not do...everyone is there to focus on themselves as everyone is on their own journey!! What the team and members do is help and support you on your way! At the start there was a lot I could not do...no more than 10 star jumps without stopping, hold a plank, do a burpee or a sit up...now I can!! I’m far off being fit yet and I’ve a long way to go but I’m fitter than I was! I’m confident with the help of PT I’ll reach the goal I’m aiming for!!! And not to forget the excellent deals and prices Ste charges! Many of my friends take part in challenges in other gyms, one pays £250 a challenge and the other pays £120 a month � Thank you Team PT! So in the last 18 months I’ve given birth too two beautiful babies. When I was pregnant with both Millie and Ollie I was very poorly and was in a wheelchair due to pain in my pelvis, which was managed with Morphine. I put on around 5 stone with Ollie, I watched my figure change and so did my confidence. When Ollie was 6 weeks old I decided to join PT studio 10 week challenge. Ive tried to train best I could, which is very hard with 3 young children and working full time. I weighed 11stone and 5lb and now I weigh 8 stone 9lb. I was in size 14 at the start of the challenge and now I’m wearing size 8 clothes.

My food and my families food habits have changed and I’m constantly looking at healthy alternatives, even when am out in restaurants. Exercising and eating a healthy balanced diet doesn’t just change the way you look it also helps with your mental health and well-being.
I found the challenge to be very good because there is great meal plan with lots of variety.

The first I attended the gym , I was ready to turn the car around but am so glad I didn’t .

The classes are great fun and they really do work you. I’ve also been doing group PT sessions with Ste and I’ve been getting stronger and stronger. I never ever thought I would be deadlifting �. I’ve met some lovely people who are now my friends and everyone help each other.

I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to loose weight, strength, tone up and have a better understanding on nutritional health.

Completed my first 10 week challenge with PT Studio last week and can honestly say I’m so glad I finally did it! The classes are great, you never feel singled out and always feel like part of a team which only helps during the tougher classes and at the times when you feel like giving up. The meal plans are easy to follow, cook and shop for (with the handy shopping lists) and there is loads of variation. The ongoing support through the challenge was also fantastic, every week we had catch up chats and pictures and as my body changed my diet was tweaked where needed to help me get the best results. It’s changed the way I look at, cook and eat food all for the better. I feel so much more motivated and actually miss the gym when I can’t make a class. Just done my 1st challenge and absolutely loving the classes. They work you more than I would work just going the gym myself, and that’s why I’ve signed up to the next challenge. I was a bit nervous about going at first, thinking it would be full of ‘know it alls‘ but it’s a really friendly atmosphere full of great trainers and members. Can’t wait to see what the next challenge brings, as after only 10 weeks I’m feeling the best and fittest I’ve felt in a long time!! More...

Just completed my second 10 week challenge at the Pt Studio. I have joined so many gyms over the years but I can honestly say this is the best gym I’ve ever been too. I have been coming to the gym since last September and have just signed up for my third challenge, At the Pt studio you get so much support from all the trainers and everyone is so friendly and supportive of each other can’t thank them enough. I go to the gym on average between 5 to 7 classes a week doing all the various classes which are all brilliant! I can’t wait to start my third challenge in April! More...

I signed up for a 10 week challenge to try and shift my mum tum and I am so glad that I did. There was never any judgement, everyone was there to improve themselves and to help others and it was such a welcoming atmosphere. The trainers are so supportive. I never felt looked down on for my low level of fitness, but supported to improve. My inch loss included 5 and a half inches off my waist and 4 and a half inches off each thigh, but most importantly I feel like myself again, thanks to pt studio. More...

I’ve recently completely my first 10 week challenge at PT studio I’ve joined loads of gyms before this which was a waste of money as I never went but this gym was different I loved the classes everyone is friendly and helps to push you when you are struggling. I actually wanted to go the gym! The staff are all lovely although they do love a burpee �. So i startes the challenge feeling so low and looking at how id let myself go. I walked through the doors feeling so nervous and doubting i could even finish 10 weeks. How wrong i was!!!! Got to be the most positive and encouraging atmosphere i have ever been in, classes r fantastic and i look forward to going every single time! The trainers push you to be your best self and i will definatly be a member for life now!!! A long way to go but Ste has made me realise that to get the best results you need to put the time n commitment in and Ste and Tom have helped change my whole outlook towards being healthy and losing weight. I've trained at PT studio for over a year but have just completed my first 10 week challenge with great results. The classes offer a great variety of workouts and the staff and other members make it a fun place to train.

I mainly go to the 10am classes and i feel like I'm going to a lovely coffee morning except instead of drinking coffee and eating cake we are burning calories and getting fit. Cheers guys.

Just completed a thoroughly enjoyable (but tough) 10wk challenge. The results are real and achievable - it’s made easier as the food menus are varied but importantly very tasty �. All the trainers are great and willing to advise anytime you need them, the classes are tough but the sessions just fly by such a great atmosphere.

Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to gain body confidence or just get in shape �

I've been coming to this Gym for almost two years and its changed my life and that of my wife. We have both lost a considerable amount of weight (around 5 stone each) we are miles fitter - I even took on Total Warrior 10k up in the lake district and the Wigan 10k race, both of which I completed and were both things I couldn't even think of doing before PT Studio.The trainers are incredible.

What can I say, When I had my Shoulder impinged. I couldn't even hold a shopping basket the local Supermarket. This got me really down and I started snacking on junk food. I booked ten sessions with Ste Barlow who gave me a routine (and diet plan) to work around my injury and strengthen the weakened shoulder. Ste Barlow was also there for me when I at a low point and my ex gf was trying to mess with my head. He kept me focused, motivated and looking forward to each work out as I knew each time I went to the gym or went to the PT Studio it would get me closer to my goal. I will always come to Ste Barlow for advice, whether nutritional or exercise. He really is the business and able to adapt to working around any injury or ability to achieve the best results.Ste Barlow has turned my life around, not only am I back at the gym doing the things I love. I've gone from being upset, out of shape, injured and upset to being happy, healthy, and in shape.It isn't just Ste Barlow who is great, the whole PT Studio Team are! They/ we are one big happy family. His Brother Tom Barlow is a great boxing/ fitness coach. Steph Porter also teaches female classes. I can only say, the training hour flies by and you can't wait to go to the next.The last thing I can say about Ste Barlow, is his honesty and 100% commitment to the client. As a professional entertainer, doing overseas tours and cruise ships, it is essential that you look the best that you can be as it can be the difference between getting a contract or not. The PT Studio and its trainers (I have had experience with them all) have not only improved my overfitness but also people are commenting on our social media about my new appearance which is attracting more fans ;-)Before I started going I had pains in the chest and was generally unfit, however after a few weeks of going my chest pains went away completely and i havnt felt lethargic after a concert in months.I have been to several chain gyms and also a few smaller personal Training gyms. But i have to say that The Wigan Personal Training Studio is the best for a number of reasons.1) Competent staff who man-manage clients on a personal basis eg. im often asked how the band is doing and how my family are etc which is fantasic to have that personal touch.2) Massive choice of classes, from circuits to strongman to boxing techneque classes and everything in between3)I have been going for about 4 months and never felt under-pressure from others or felt left out in the group sessions. The staff have worked hard to develop a sense of community with the clients and everyone tries to help each other. 4) Tried and Tested Results every time i have done as the instructors have said i have reached the goals we set together, quiet simply they know how to do it and so long as your willing to give it a go you will get your results also.5) Price - value for money is amazing, £20 for a hours PT is a bargain especially with the experience of the PTs. and when you pay in advance bootcamps/classes etc are only £3 nowhere can you find such cheap prices for such quality workouts.In summary if your thinking of getting into shape or you want to push yourself that little bit more i'd recommend going down and meeting Ste and the Team and you wont regret it. Started coming to the PT Studio back in March 2012 to try an find a new way of gaining an all round better fitnes (and losing some weight). I remember my first ever class as being a total shock to the system because I actually thought i was fit before then an how wrong i was! but i was instantly hooked and even though i swear Ste and Tom Barlow enjoy thinking these classes from hell up, I cant stop coming back for more because if u want to get fit or even if your fit and u need a push to the next level this is the gym for you!You cant buy what you get from the PT Studio in a generic gym or from just dieting and the odd few pushups and situps, the PT Studio constantly keeps you interested from bag and pad work that will have you on your knees to hitting a tyre with a sledge hammer that will have you on your back! normally followed by Ste/Tom shouting "you havent finished yet!"The simple fact its all this and it doesnt empty your piggy bank even when you spend a good portion of your week there means i recommend the PT Studio to anyone who wants to get that push they need whilst enjoying the friendly enviroment that other than to be punished no end you will recieve from your first class onwards! I've known Ste for a while since working at the same leisure center and have always been impressed with his knowledge of anything fitness related. He used to advise me on nutrition and new training programmes while we were on shift and when he said he was getting his own place I knew he would do really well, which he has. All of his classes are suitable for all ranges of ability and allow for personal tuition throughout. For myself, I love boxing but being a complete beginner found going to a boxing club a little intimidating so decided to have some one on ones with Ste to start with a found I was improving enormously with every session. Excellent personal trainer. Great nutrition knowledge. Excellent value for money. Having not done any exercise for 4 months I felt very unfit and wasn't sure if I would be able to get in shape without a high level of fitness. Asthma makes cardio work more difficult and long runs just weren't my cup of tea! Ste devised a plan to ease me back into exercise and I was able to increase my fitness using weight training and boxing etc. It only took a couple of weeks for me to feel I was getting fitter. Now cardio is easier, but I still get more benefits of fat loss and muscle tone, even if my workouts are varied. Its so much easier to train when you have someone to encourage you, and the group classes are great! More...

I started at Wigan PT Studio in November 2011 and I absolutley LOVE training there. The first session I carried out was the outside bootcamp and although I thought I was reasonably fit, I was apprehensive. Ste Barlow introduced himself and put me at ease straight away. After the session I realised that I wasnt actually that fit even though I have always exercised. I do the bootcamp, boxing/fitness classes and occasionally the Spartan Warrior classes. I train 3 to 4 times a week and have lost 1 1/2 stone. I have noticed more difference in my shape and fitness levels in the last 9 months than I have ever noticed before. Some of the great things about the PT Studio is that they are always changing the routines so you dont get bored and you are exercising different parts of the body, they do ongoing fitness tests so you can monitor how well you are doing and are always asking for feedback. All the trainers are friendly, approachable and very motivational. Its also a great place to make new mates, I have made friends with more people here than all the other gyms.
