We received super service from Neil at the mortgage centre. He was incredibly attentive and extremely helpful. Neil's communication standards are the highest we have ever experienced - no call goes unreturned, no message goes unanswered.
Neil is in a league of his own as far as knowledge of the sector and enthusiasm for his job go. This man displays an obvious love for his profession, and that passion translates in to a highly efficient service for the customer.

What do you love most about your job?
I get a great lift to see First Time Buyers get accepted for their first home. The excitement and the plans coming together.
I have many client who I helped start on the housing ladder who are now coming to the end of their mortgages or who are even introducing their children to me. It’s a great feeling to know you’ve got it right for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I prefer to be responsible for what I do for others. I was employed many years ago and all the glory is landed on those at the top but the blame would always filter down to those at the sharp end.
Being my boss means I can now be rewarded directly for getting it right...... thankfully it’s a very rare occasion I might get it wrong. (15 years and counting )
Why should our clients choose you?
There are plenty of reviews about me and my business. It’s probably more honest to ask them about me, but if you were to ask me why I would choose me?
I would say I am honest, reliable, very experienced and knowledgeable in the mortgage market, but I think my number one outstanding skill is that I am totally invested in you. I will chase your mortgage like I think it’s mine. I want it just as much as you do and I will push for the right answers and results. I work for the applicant and not the lender. If I fail to get a mortgage, I have failed my clients and that almost physically hurts to let someone down.
Sounds like a cliche but your mortgage is my mortgage.
