I have just started on my learning Reiki journey and had a go go go message to see sarah. wow, i literally lifted right up into my higher energy fields. The healing hut is a wonderful calm oasis run by my beautiful cousin. You can visit feeling stressed and overwhelmed and leave totally rejuvenated. The treatments on offer heal the mind and body totally. Recently my beautiful cousin held an event to raise funds and awareness of cystic fibrosis, a cause dear to my heart. I’ve had a few beauty treatments done by the lovely Claire and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. (I also looked really good ) I swear Claire has a gift where she instantly improves your mood! Really recommend the lemongrass & bergamot body scrub it smells amazing! I had the most wonderful time today at the healing hut. I tried crystal reiki for the first ever time and i did not know what to expect but it was honestly amazing. To be able to shut myself away from the world for an hour and totally unwind. I felt really relaxed yet energised at the end. Just wow!! What a beautiful venue! I was instantly made to feel welcome by the lovely Claire and have had the most amazing crystal facial today! I actually didn’t want this treatment to end. Claire is a truly amazing therapist. I have had a few treatments with Claire including Reiki. I find it hard to relax as I am always on the go with two children and my mind is constantly running thinking about things I have to do etc. Claire honestly is the only therapist I have ever had who totally relaxed me, so much so I drifted off into a nice meditated state. When the session had finished I felt as if my body had, had chance to really rest, I felt refreshed and re energised. A beautiful, inviting and tranquil space. I came in for reiki treatment as I felt very overwhelmed, unaligned and unclear. I felt I had alot of things that I needed to let go of and release. Claire was very helpful, she understood everything I had to say, she is very kind and a beautiful soul. During the treatment she was very professional and made me feel safe and relaxed. *** UPDATE TO REVIEW 15/05/18*** I had my first ever crystal facial today. Oh my goodness I honestly can’t put into words how amazing it was. I have had many facials else where before but never a crystal facial. My skin feels amazing, the products feel and smell divine. Best still but also rather embarrassing I feel asleep as I was so relaxed and may have been snoring (Claire totally put me ease about that) but it goes to show how amazing Claire is as I really do find it hard to relax. In Claire’s hands I was out for the count within 10 mins. I have had two Reiki sessions with Claire now and felt so relaxed I fell into a nice meditated state. I had never had Reiki before but Claire made me feel so comfortable and at ease explained what would happen and I totally relaxed. I will definitely be having Reiki again and would love to try the crystal facial. If you like me have difficulties relaxing and your mind is full with a busy work / life balance I would highly recommend you experience the amazing therapy for both mind body and soul with one of these wonderful ladies. I had a one to one reading with Alison she was so brilliant with me very supportive and friendly in helping me to overcome my grief of losing my best friend offered me a cup of tea and asked me if I was ok and really showed an interest in my well being felt like I was speaking to one of my family members she was that lovely honestly Alison is an amazing lady so kind full of love and a real friendly face you can let all of your emotions out and can support and let you be yourself and feel comfortable in anything you wish to discuss I came out of her session like a new man which I thought to myself I would never feel happy and positive about my life and futures I personally recommend anyone who wishes to go and see Alison through readings meditation or Healing she is simply fantastic my friend Victoria also is hoping to have the same reading experience as when she was with me that night she was blown away by her accurate descriptions � � ���� Xxxxx
