The Grand Hotel- Hartlepool

We had our wedding here last month and we had the best day! All the staff were so helpful and made our day what it was! they made sure we were happy with everything before showing our guests and everything went so smoothly! Bridal suite is a great room and the breakfast/wedding meal was spot on! We got some lovely photos in the hotel by the glass window and on the stairs! Would definitely recommend for weddings! The Bear Western Grand Hotel Hartlepool is where we held our wedding venue. The staff where very friendly and helpful in the full process of our wedding planning. The Best Western Grand Hotel in Hartlepool....well it looked an old building but wow it was a size inside, very spacious friendly staff, huge corridors, lovely big very clean rooms with en suite. ...we had connecting room as a family room …MoreThe Best Western Grand Hotel in Hartlepool....well it looked an old building but wow it was a size inside, very spacious friendly staff, huge corridors, lovely big very clean rooms with en suite....we had connecting room as a family room which was great.. facilities such as iron and ironing board, toiletries, tea coffee milk and biscuits and kettle clean towels provided also, only small down fall really was parking, we had to leave our car parked across the street if we could get parked with a ticket from the hotel to put in window, just felt for such a grand hotel there would be a private car park attached to the hotel but apart from that was a very comfortable stay ... breakfast was extra so didn't eat there as only stayed for one night unfortunately for a family funeral. We do often travel this way as very close family are rested here and like to visit as often as possible. Thank you for a lovely comfortable stay will return. More...

Very professional staff on reception. When room wasn't ready we were taken to the bar for drinks until it was ready. Room No218, very warm and unfortunately noisy . had a lovely 2 course Sunday lunch, all fresh vegetables with yorkshire pudding Beef and roasties. I had my usually picky grandaughters with me and they ate every bit of desert, I had to stop them from licking the plate.
